AEW President Tony Khan had one of those days last week and completely lost it on X after he complained about the double standard shown between Hook and Jinder Mahal both going for the title. In a message posted at 10:35PM, Khan wrote, "@730hook 28-1 career record, on winning streak calls out the Champ, a logical challenge sparks online outrage. Jinder has literally lost every single match he's in for the past year, immediately gets title shot, where is the rage." He then plugged “Dynamite” for that night on TBS. That prompted a barrage of replies, some hilarious, and some questioning his double standards especially when he called out Vince McMahon's sexual escapades and failing to call out Chris Jericho's sexual misconduct allegations. Khan even went to take on the USA Network X account when the network hilariously replied to someone else what was the Cagematch rating between Rollins and Mahal in NXT back in the day. "A moral victory for USA is one win more than their World Title challenger Jinder Mahal has in the past 364 days," Khan wrote. "Because it's been literally a full year since he won a match. You really put AEW in our place getting Jinder Mahal in a big match on your tv show. Do it more often." That sparked a reply from Jinder himself, who wrote, "Who tf is Hook?" and to watch “RAW” on USA Network in the same manner Khan wrote his post. That was later deleted. Eric Bischoff, a big critic of Khan, also chimed in when he replied to Khan's post with a clown emoji. Khan replied posting an image with "get out of my sight, you miserable has-been." Bischoff then asked Khan if it's true or a "bot" when someone wrote, "Tony forgets that he literally gave Abadon a title shot after being off AEW TV for over a year.... the same exact situation as Jinder." "No @EBischoff, not true at all," Khan responded. "Abadon returned to AEW + then they won a 4 way match on TNT against other great wrestlers to earn a title shot, which is completely different than someone going a full year losing every match they're in + getting a title shot without a single win." Then in true Dave Meltzer fashion, Khan told Bischoff that "reading would be your friend" and at 12:44AM he then decided to get off X and presumably, and hopefully, went to sleep.

Jinder Mahal, Michin, and Nick Aldis were guests on WWE’s “The Bump” on Wednesday afternoon. Though he didn’t directly address Tony Khan’s tweets, Mahal did mention that he was trending all day on Twitter: “It was a great start to the new year until I was interrupted by The Rock. But nonetheless, this past week, was in the ring with Seth Rollins. Told him exactly how I feel, and now I’m number one contender to the World Heavyweight Champion. I was trending on Twitter all day yesterday [laughs]. Trending on Twitter all day yesterday. And somehow, again, the Modern Day Maharaja is the talk of the town.” You can watch the show by clicking here.

Kayla Braxton will interview Randy Orton on “The Bump” next Wednesday. Carlito is also set to appear as a guest on the episode.

A&E Networks announced last week that it is teaming up with WWE again for new seasons of “WWE Rivals” and “Biography: WWE Legends” starting Sunday, February 25th. Kicking off the night, “WWE Rivals” returns with actor and former WWE writer, Freddie Prinze, Jr. leading a roundtable discussion of WWE Superstars to explore the storylines and characters at the helm of epic rivalries that built the WWE. In the season premiere, the series will examine the infamous animosity between Triple H vs. The Rock beginning with their heated rivalry over the WWE World Championship in the early 2000s. The season continues with other iconic rivalries including Jake “The Snake” Roberts vs. “Macho Man” Randy Savage; The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels; John Cena vs. Randy Orton; The Hardy Boyz (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) vs. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley & D-Von Dudley) vs. Edge & Christian; as well as The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan. Following at 9pm Eastern, “Biography: WWE Legends” continues to convey the intimate, distinctive stories of the lives and events that molded some of the most beloved WWE Legends into the stars they became. The season begins with examining the enthralling life and career of the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE history, Randy Orton, with other Legends featured this season including Sgt. Slaughter, Scott Hall, Diamond Dallas Page, British Bulldog, and the longest-reigning WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

The legendary Bill Apter recently had the chance to speak with Scott Steiner. Steiner talked about his sons: “My one boy just signed with Virginia Tech. They’re actually in Switzerland right now playing some games (basketball). My other boy plays (football) for Jacksonville (State University) in Alabama for Rich Rod (Rich Rodriguez) who used to be the coach at Michigan, so he’s doing good there.” Thoughts on his nephew Bron Breakker in NXT: “He loves it. He has a good time there. I mean, when he was little, he was watching me on ‘Monday Night RAW’ or ‘Nitro’ and cut my own interview on me.” On why Breakker is not on the main roster yet: “They are still waiting to bring him up when the time is right. I mean, it’s better to go up there with them having a plan in mind than just show up. It’s best for him to keep on learning. They’ll know when he’s ready. I mean, I think he’s ready now.”

As a WWE Hall of Famer, Arn Anderson knows exactly how it feels like to have his achievements recognized by the biggest wrestling promotion in the world. However, according to the veteran himself on his "ARN" podcast, Ronnie Garvin deserves to be recognized as a Hall of Famer too. According to Anderson, Garvin brought a sense of legitimacy to the ring for not just himself, but his opponents. "He made everybody he worked with credible and better than they were. He'd have you put a headlock on him and hang on to it for 10 minutes before he ever got out. And at the end of that 10 minutes, the audience was thundering." Anderson also gave his opinion on Garvin's run as NWA World Heavyweight Champion. "He made any guy that was a challenger a competitor, and he made that guy look like he deserved a title shot." Additionally, he noted how Garvin stood out physically at the time. "There's another one who figured out the tan. Yellow tights, had the hair spiked straight up, white hair, yeah." Lastly, Anderson revealed that Randy Orton's signature Stomp was inspired by "The Garvin Stomp," which he told "The Viper" to incorporate into his arsenal. "I was the one who showed Randy that. From my experience with Ron, it was Ron's stuff, but I just showed Randy, I said: 'Here, in today's world it will work for you. He's retired, he's out of the business, it's all yours buddy.' And he revamped it a little bit, but mostly it was Ronnie Garvin's Stomp, now the Orton Stomp."

The Disney+ series “Echo” premiered this past week on Tuesday. Al Farat served as the Native American music producer for the series and also appears alongside his musical group, Otter Trail, in some of the episodes.
