The city of Troy, MO announced they are officially recognizing April 11th as Harley Race Day on what would have been Race's 79th birthday.
Jerry “The King” Lawler is returning to commentary for Monday Night RAW as he temporarily replaces Corey Graves while Graves is getting married and on his honeymoon. The Hall of Famer revealed the news on "Raw Talk" and said he’s excited to be back even if it is just for a few weeks. “I am looking forward to it. I’m going to be back behind the announcer’s table there on Monday Night RAW because that idiot Corey Graves is getting married,” Lawler joked. Graves and Carmella are getting married this week and they will be on their honeymoon after the wedding, which explains their absence from television. Lawler will be doing play-by-play from next week’s show.
When asked why he turned on Bobby Lashley last Monday on RAW, MVP simply replied on Twitter “Budget cuts...”
Free matches added to WWE’s YouTube channel Tuesday include Goldberg vs. Scott Steiner vs. Test from the January 19, 2004 edition of RAW.
Cody Rhodes revealed that A&E is working on a biography for his father Dusty as part of the new deal with WWE and he is heading it up as an executive producer, being fully involved with the production.
The Undertaker gave a great speech as the headliner of last Friday night’s WWE Hall of Fame Induction ceremony in Dallas, TX. He was inducted by WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon, who also gave a memorable speech. However, Noelle Foley took to Twitter after the ceremony and commented on how Taker didn’t mention her father, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley. “That was a great speech, but I’m very surprised there was not one single mention of my dad and their legendary matches together,” she wrote. Noelle then added in a follow-up tweet, “Obviously I understand it’s difficult to fit everything into one speech and remember every single person you want to mention. But it just would have been really nice to hear my dad’s name mentioned.” She later wrote, “To be fair, my dad did forget to mention my mom in his HOF speech” There was one point where McMahon named a dozen or so of Taker’s opponents from over the years, and one of the names was Mankind, but that was it. For what it’s worth, Mick has not commented on Taker’s induction as of this writing.

Jim Cornette recently shared his opinion on Toni Storm’s AEW debut, which went down on "Dynamite" last week. Storm was revealed as a mystery opponent for The Bunny in the first qualifier of the Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament which she went on to win on her debut. On this past week’s episode of the "Jim Cornette Experience" podcast, the wrestling manager discussed how he felt about AEW’s play-by-play broadcaster Excalibur’s introduction about Storm. “She just came off WWE television, and there’s a sock face blathering about, ‘Oh! She’s been a multiple times Stardom champion.’ And for the folks who don’t know what Stardom is, and there’s a lot of you, that’s one of the girls’ indie promotions in Japan. So she literally just came off American national television, what three months ago? I guess right before non-compete, or whatever, and he’s [Excalibur] talking about her incredible background in a place that nobody’s ever f*****g heard of. Yeah, ’cause this was a rotten match. ‘Cause it’s The Bunny and also because they followed the nonsense with Undisputed Era and Page, Danielson, and Yuta, etc. Basically, they’re dovetailing to a whimpering conclusion, so yeah, people were not [interested],” Cornette said. Despite the hype about a new star debuting on the show to challenge The Bunny, the ratings for the week dropped back below the 1 million mark again.
Dutch Hagen suffered a high grade MCL sprain with a possible meniscus tear during his match with WFC Champion Luke Langley two weeks ago at the WFC event in Tulsa. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
Oklafan congratulates Super Beast, who recently surpassed 18 months as BCW Heavyweight Champion. He defeated Cody Burns for the title on October 3, 2020 at an event in Guthrie.
