It was announced last week than Ryan Davidson has been invited to the 2-day Ring of Honor tryout camp.

PWInsider.com reported that a new episode of "WWE 365" is in the works and will document WWE Champion A. J. Styles.

WWE will be taping the annual Tribute to the Troops special in San Diego, CA and WWE Legend Sgt. Slaughter will be appearing at the tapings.

Bill Goldberg will be appearing in two episodes of "The Flash" in this new season. The news was confirmed by Goldberg himself on Twitter. Goldberg's involvement was originally reported by the Real World of Flash Instagram account. Goldberg will be the second WWE alumni to appear on the show, following fellow former champion Edge. It is not known when the episodes with Goldberg will air or which character he will be playing. "The Flash", a DC Comics product, airs on The CW Network, the former home of WWE SmackDown.

Verizon Media's show "The 5th Quarter" has an episode called "Wrestlestock" which debuts on Thursday. The idea of the episode is that in 1968 there was a Woodstock but for wrestling fans. Among those in the series are John Morrison, Joey Ryan, Damien Sandow, Rocky Romero, Ryan Nemeth, and J. T. G.

HBO has released a teaser trailer of the upcoming Andre The Giant documentary, "He Was a God". The documentary is being produced in conjunction with WWE and Bill Simmons Media Group. The documentary was announced 10 months ago by WWE Executive Producer Kevin Dunn and Peter Nelson, Executive Vice President of HBO Sports. Directing this documentary will be Emmy-Award winning director and producer Jason Hehir and will feature never-before-seen footage and revealing interviews for a comprehensive and intimate portrait of one of WWE’s most beloved, yet largely unknown figures.
