7-2 WWE RAW
Dusty Rhodes was backstage with his son Cody and Jim Duggan. Cody told Duggan it was a real honour to be there with him. After Duggan left, Randy Orton stepped up. He said that he followed in his father's footsteps and surpassed him. He then introduced himself as "The Legend...well, you know the rest." Cody told Randy to stay away from his dad. Randy asked if Dusty couldn't stand up for himself. Dusty pointed out that Orton's problem was that he was disrespectful. Orton said he hadn't been disrespectful, then slapped Dusty in the face. Cody got up in Randy's face and a staredown occurred briefly before the cameras cut away.
Dusty Rhodes was backstage with Todd Grisham. He challenged Randy Orton to meet him in the ring next week.

Jim Cornette joined Mike Tenay and Don West at the broadcast booth. Christian Cage and Tomko came down w/ the megaphone. Cage said it was a symbol of power and stardom. He's made stars out of Jeff Jarrett, Sting, Abyss, Rhino and the list goes on. Cage asked who Chris Harris was, then said he'd make a star out of Harris at Victory Road PPV. Cornette stood up and said that Chris Harris was the guy who would shatter the glass ceiling at TNA. He suggested Cage keep a lookout for Abyss, as he heard Abyss still wants Cage. Cage said he'd slap Abyss with his "pimp hand" if he were there, but when Abyss' music suddenly began to play, Cage and Tomko both beat a hasty retreat out of the ringside area.
Sting lead Jeremy Borash to the basement of the Impact Zone. He said he never gave up on Abyss. He felt indebted and could relate to what Abyss was going through. Abyss had been hiding behind a mask, just like Sting sometimes hid behind his face paint. Sting said it was hard for anyone to bare it all, then revealed that next week, Abyss (who Sting consistently referred to as "Chris") had something to say next week. Abyss turned up next to the 2 of them and ripped off his mask, revealing Sting-style face paint.
