Greetings from Oklahoma on what is shaping up to be amazingly busy week for a guy who's supposed to be slowing down but who's loving every day above ground. Excited for you to hear part two of my conversation with Professor Mke Tenay tonight at 9 ET on podcastone.com, iTunes and right here the homepage of our website. We had record numbers last week for part one and I am hopeful that we have even more this week on the Ross Report Podcast.

Taped a great interview with ROH's Steve Corino Monday night for a future podcast. Funny thing was that Steve thought tht I disliked him for almost 20 years because we did not hire him in WWE back in the mid 90's. He had that lean, 1-2-3 Kid look at that time and weighed about 175 pounds. Nonetheless this a strong podcast that you will enjoy especially our stories about our late, mutual friend Dusty Rhodes. Steve's stories of his 79 trips to Japan from the USA were amazing.

Enjoyed John Cena vs. Cesaro on RAW Monday night. Cena is the consummate pro and Cesaro showed, again, that he's ready for main events on a regular basis with no start and stop involved. Turn Cesaro loose. I'd love to see Cesaro vs Lesnar some day.

Congrats to Titus O'Neil for the entertaining color commentary. Nice work and with practice Titus may find himself another home in the biz in the future. He certainly would vie for best dressed broadcaster on TV wrestling shows that's for sure.

Amazing the publicity and positive response that WWE has garnered with the announcement that Steve Austin is on the cover of the 2K16 video game due out in October. Now the Austin wrestling at Wrestlemania Texas will commence again which simply isn't happening. Sorry folks, the park is closed...said in the late, John Candy's voice.

Gearing up to really dig into the script that I will narrating this week for the documentary film 'Mid Atlantic Memories' which premiers on July 30 which is night one of the must attend NWA Legends Fan Fest in Charlotte. For info or tickets for the entire 4 day event visit www.nwalegends.com.

I will also present my first RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Show in the Carolinas on July 30 after the film's debut. A $99 ticket gets you into every show all four days of this amazing event. After my show on July 30 you will be treated to the Jim Cornette Experience which is a must see show especially if one enjoys expletive filled, hilarious rants on any topic one can imagine. I will be taping Corney's podcast Tuesday.

I wonder what the destroyed, red Caddy on RAW would bring on EBay or given away in a charity by WWE. It would make a great fixer-upper and with low mileage, too.

The WWE Divas division currently has me conflicted as to what direction it is going. Anyone else?

Binge watched the first three episodes of True Detective to catch up preparing for my favorite, Ray Donovan, to return to the air this Sunday on Showtime.

Would to have been on the panel on the WWE Network discussing my late friend, Dusty Rhodes. Good job by all involved. Hard to believe that The Dream is gone.

A few VIP tickets remain for my two August, RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Shows. Less than 30 tickets in the VIP, meet/greet/photo op category are left for Wednesday August 19 @dcimprov and are available at dcimprov.com. Same goes for our big, New York City show on Saturday August 22 at the Gramercy Theatre with tickets on sale at the box office and ticketmaster.com. General admission tickets for both shows are still available and are $25.

We are considering doing shows in both Knoxville and Houston in September but details are yet to be finalized.

Paul Heyman adds so much to RAW when he's on the show especially, and obviously, with Brock Lesnar. Paul's verbal skills are unparalleled in the business today and he seems to get better with time. Hope young talents every where are paying attention. Heyman does plan advocate for his client. He IS an advocate IE Paul is a natural extension of his real personality. Tough Enough participants need to especially be closely watching him. Lesnar, on the other hand, has animal magnetism that can't be taught.

We are looking for a venue to be our headquarters in Dallas come Wrestlemania Texas next April. If you have ideas hit us at the Q&A section of the site, @JRsBBQ on Twitter or JimRossBBQ on Facebook. Looking to do multiple signings, RINGSIDE shows and more over a two or three day time frame. .

www.wweshop.com has a full inventory in stock of JR's delicious products ready to ship to your home hassle free.

@ToughPatrickC is my early leader of the men on Tough Enough. No female has separated from the others to me just yet but there's a long way to go on this reality show. Will be watching Tuesday night.

Thanks for stopping by.
