NEWS
Thomas A. Edison Preparatory High School in Tulsa won the 2014 6A Regional One Act Play Competition on Saturday. The team is co-coached by C. M. Burnham. It was the first time the school finished in 1st place in the competition.

WWE?s website has video of Jake ?The Snake? Roberts backstage at last night?s RAW. Jake told Eden that he?s dealing with some health issues but the well wishes from WWE and the fans come when you need them. Jake said he?s ready to beat cancer again if needed. He said he?s dealing with bleeding of the brain but feels all good because he has happiness growing in his heart. You can see the video by clicking here.

Jake Roberts, Dallas Page, Ric Flair, and Cody Hall were all backstage at RAW last night in Atlanta, GA. Flair was telling people at RAW that he feels great after his recent surgeries. Flair was not booked for RAW and has been pulled from WWE?s upcoming tour of Mexico as he can?t do anything physical yet.

Ric Flair recorded some material backstage at RAW last night that will be posted on WWE?s website later this week. Flair will be at next week?s RAW with Hulk Hogan. It?s not confirmed that either of them will be on TV at this point.

Just in time for Halloween, WWE?s shop website has released new zombie t-shirts and figurines for The Undertaker, The Wyatt Family, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Hulk Hogan, Roman Reigns, and Sting.

After the "SmackDown 15" show ended, there was a segment with Teddy Long, Sheamus, The Usos, Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, Los Matadores, and El Torito celebrating in the ring. The segment featured Booker T coming in the ring to get Spin-a-roonies going, including a special We The People spin-a-roonie by Swagger. WWE?s website has video which you can see by clicking here.

WWE is currently planning spots for two special guests at WrestleMania. The first is most likely The Rock, and the second is expected to be Sting. The Undertaker hasn?t ruled out ?one more match?, but also hasn?t settled one way or another. Sting has stated in the past that if he couldn?t work with Undertaker at WrestleMania 31, he would like a match with Triple H.

New Japan Pro Wrestling did something that was not exactly an angle, but A. J. Styles "no-showed" a press conference and instead was represented by Jeff Jarrett and Scott D'Amore. Jarrett vowed to hit Hiroshi Tanahashi with a guitar after the match between Styles and Tanahashi. Jarrett tweeted that the show was sold out. Not sure if that was the case, but the advance was the best for any non-G-1 show in that arena for New Japan in five years and maybe any non-special themed show in longer than that.

Jeff Jarrett?s Global Force Wrestling will be presenting the January 4th New Japan Pro Wrestling Tokyo Dome show on pay-per-view in the United States. There have been talks about GFW distributing all of the NJPW pay-per-view events in the US.

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum has announced its first honoree for the 2015 George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is located inside the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum in Waterloo, Iowa. The 2015 George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame weekend will take place July 10-11. Brian Blair has been selected as the 2015 recipient of the Lou Thesz Award. The Lou Thesz Award is given to an individual in wrestling who has taken the skills of the sport into the realm of public service.

Mick Foley's "I Am Santa" documentary will premiere on October 19th as part of the Hollywood Film Festival at the Arclight Theater in Los Angeles, CA. It is a look at the lives of men who play Santa Claus every Christmas season and looks into the politics of the different Santa Claus organizations and promotions.

The TV show "Crazy Land" on 3 Net and Netflix spent a week in San Jose, CA filming a show building up and concluding with a show in Watsonville, CA of Pro Wrestling Revolution. The show, believed to be the first U.S. wrestling show filmed in 3-D, featured Blue Demon Jr., Lady Apache, La Diabolica, Willie Mack, KAFU, Brian Cage, Oliver John, Derek Sanders and more. It is episode two of season two of the show on Netflix.
