3-19 WWE RAW

Edge won a battle royal to retain his spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at Wrestlemania 23. Charlie Haas was a participant, but was eliminated by Carlito. It appeared that Ric Flair had won the match when he eliminated Carlito, but Edge, who had dropped out of the match w/ a "bad" knee, reentered and eliminated Flair to win.

Jerry Lawler was chokeslammed by The Great Kahli while trying to protect Ashely from the same fate. Lawler was out for the rest of the show. Todd Grisham replaced him on commentary.

3-22 NWA-TNA iMPACT

A. J. Styles & NWA World Champion Christian Cagte were backstage watching Team Angle's 6-man tag team match against Seratonin. A. J. complained that Team Angle looked like a well-oiled machine. He asked where Tomko was. He said Abyss isn't even on the team and the only reason he (A. J.) is on the team is because of the title shot Cage promised him. Cage took the title shot back and tells A. J. that he needs to look at the big picture. By the end of the night, the sides will be evened...he thinks. A. J. asked Cage what that means as Cage walked off.

Jeremy Borash was interviewing A. J. Styles & Abyss. Sting said hell has frozen over. For the past 5 months, he's tried to point Abyss in the right direction. Now, there's only 1 obstacle left for Abyss to overcome. It will be hard, but he will overcome. Everything Sting's done has been for Abyss' food, even Sting's pain. He reminded Abyss that he almost took Sting's eye out. He told Abyss that the future is his and he just has to reach out and take it. He said Cage & A. J.'s future is black and it's time for their last rites.

Jim Cornette was in shown in his office completely upset at the idea of an electrified fence match between Team 3-D and NWA World Tag Team Champions LAX. After the commercial break he was confronted by Bob Backlund, who says he'd brought a urine sample for the blood test, claimed he'd never eaten marijuana and had no idea how to snort whatever they're snorting these days. Cornette said Backlund had been retired for years and there's no way he can justify putting him in a match, but he can let Backlund be the special referee in the Austin Starr/Senshi match. But, if Backlund interferes in Starr's match tonight, he won't be allowed to referee the match. Bob looked like he had something to say, but then marched off. Cornette looked at Backlund's urine sample and told Leticia that it had chunks in it.

Cornette was being confronted by Chris Harris. Cornette said that Harris is 60% blind in his right eye and would lose all sight if it was reinjured. He said TNA as a company could not take the risk of putting him back on the active roster. If Harris can bring in a doctor's note clearing him, he'd be reinstated. Harris was very upset, but Cornette said he's trying his best. Harris said Cornette's best isn't enough.

Gail Kim went to Cornette's office to demand a match with Jackie Moore at the Lockdown PPV, but beore Cornette could respond, Moore attacked her and they destroyed Cornett's office after he and Leticia escaped.

A. J. Styles & NWA World Champion Christian Cage def. Sting & Abyss when Scott Steiner hit Sting in the back with a steel pipe. Steiner was then revealed as the 3rd member of Team Cage.

The Wild Samoans were announced as the latest inductees to the WWE Hall of Fame.
