PWInsider.com reports Jack Swagger is headed to trial next Monday in Mississippi stemming from his February DUI. The former world heavyweight champion was arrested back on February 19th in Gulfsport, MS. The prosecutor in the case is pushing for the maximum sentence against Swagger, two days in jail and completion of victim-impact classes. Swagger also faces fines of $437 for possession of marijuana, $188 for driving 10 mph over the speed limit, and $1,300 for driving impaired on a first DUI offense.
According to WrestlingDVDNews.com, WWE is producing a new Goldberg DVD, for a fall release. The collection will include a compilation of his matches. It is set for a release date of September 30th in the United Kingdom and October 8th in the United States.

"Shawn Michaels Macmillan River Adventure" series returns to the Outdoor Channel on July 2nd. The episodes will air on Tuesdays at 11:30pm, Wednesdays at 8am, and Saturdays at 7pm. All times are Eastern. This will be the third season. One of the episodes will include Jim Ross going to Michaels' place and hunting pigs. The preview of the season only mentions surprises with some of Shawn's WWE friends. Check local listing for times and air dates in your area.
The Jerry Lawler museum is moving from Memphis, TN to Tunica, MS. It was originally located in Wynn Automotive in Memphis, which just closed. It?s now going to be moved to the casino in Tunica next to the Paula Dean Buffet.

At last Saturday's Baltimore Orioles baseball game, they did a wrestling theme day when it came to music. Every Oriole player came out to a wrestler's entrance music, including themes from Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, Triple H, Ted DiBiase, The Big Show, Val Venis, Too Cool, and Chris Jericho.
Ric Flair will be appearing at the June 20th NXT tapings signing autographs for fans at Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. This will be Flair?s first WWE public appearance in a while since his WrestleMania weekend appearances were canceled after his son Reid was found dead in a hotel room just a week before. Flair will be joining his daughter Ashley, who wrestles for NXT as Charlotte. On Twitter, his only daughter involved in wrestling asked him to maybe teach her how to "WHOOOOO!"

David Perlmutt of The Charlotte Observer featured a story on the results of Reid Flair?s autopsy with quotes from Beth Fliehr (Reid?s mother) and Ric Flair. "It (the report) makes it harder," Beth Fliehr said. "I knew his fears and I knew how to help him. All he wanted to do was stay busy, train and keep his mind off the old triggers, then go back to Japan. He was doing really well there. He was happy." Ric Flair said Friday he was grieving for his son. "I loved him," Flair said. "He should have been on top of the world, but he was fighting a battle he couldn?t win. I hope people remember his laugh, his spirit and his love of life." The autopsy report stated Reid Flair died from a toxic mix of heroin and the prescription drugs clonazepam, a muscle relaxant, and alprazolam, an anti-anxiety drug commonly marketed as Xanax.
