Jim Cornette was in his office with Kurt Angle. He said that Angle's jumping of Scott Steiner was uncalled for and told Angle he'd get Steiner at the Destination X PPV. Angle said he can't be in the same building as Steiner right now. Angle starts to lose control and grabbed Cornette. Cornette demanded that Angle take his hands off him. Cornette reminded Angle of all the things he's done for him. He asked that Angle not screw up his TV show. Angle told Cornette to do what he has to and he'll do what he has to.

Another pre-taped interview with Sting was shown. Sting was laying inside what appeared to be a coffin. He said darkness, light, life and death are all about how you look at them. He asked Abyss how he saw them. He said Abyss will dies at Destination X. The choice is how. He encouraged Abyss to die and be reborn a new man, but again said the choice is his.

Scott Steiner def Chase Stevens. Prior to the match, Kurt Angle attacked Steiner and various members of the TNA X Division had to seperate them. After the match, Steiner got on the microphone and insulted Angle, going so far as to make insinuations about his wife. This prompted Angle to come out again and attack Steiner. Cornette came out and demanded that they stop. He asked Angle if he had lost his mind. He said Angle can't just hijack his show. Angle then attacked Cornette and tried to put him in the anklelock. After getting away, Cornette said he was the best friend that Angle had in TNA and had protected him when other guys wanted to try and take his spot, but if this was the thanks he got, he had no other choice in what he was about to do. Cornette then asked for security to escort Angle out of the building. He told Angle that he's a star, but he's not the whole show.
