WWE: Should Ric Flair Really Step Back in the Wrestling Ring Once More?

Without a question, Ric Flair is a professional wrestling legend. His career accomplishments truly back that claim.

However, should Flair cause a new buzz in professional wrestling and make a career comeback?

Flair, who spend the past two years with TNA Wrestling, should indeed call it a career. He is well past his prime and at the age of 63, cannot afford any sort of major injuries. Despite wrestling in a few matches with TNA, his best role was talking on the microphone and doing what he does best: playing his character as a strong heel.

In 2010, Flair shocked wrestling fans when he made his debut in TNA. With Flair on board, there was a wrestling legend on the roster?it brought a package full of benefits. Flair would become the leader of Fortune, eventually merging with Hulk Hogan's Immortal group later that year.

However, after two years, his TNA run suddenly came to a halt.

Since being off TNA television, Flair has been subject as to whether he would make a return after taking off for a few months. Although he is a living wrestling legend, Flair has no needs to be battling in the ring.

If he were to return, Flair should stay out of the ring. At the present moment, his best talents can be used quite effectively on the microphone and as a manager to an upcoming wrestling star.

Can Flair still provide positive benefits if he were to return to the WWE?

With his star power, Flair can certainly bring help to the WWE. As a matter of fact, the WWE could use a big name star to create new buzz into the company's current product. As much as I think Vickie Guerrero does a good job as Dolph Ziggler's manager, Flair would provide much stronger benefits because of his legendary status in the wrestling business.

Flair is terrific when given the role to play as a heel. Teaming Flair and Ziggler would create benefits for the WWE in the long run.

Should Flair stay out of the ring or wrestle once more?

While it may be interesting to see how Flair wrestles again, he should stay out of the ring. His best role is to stay on ringside and help whoever he manages win matches no matter what?even if Flair must enter the ring to interfere.

Only time will tell whether Flair will be back in professional wrestling.
