Ric Flair: 6 Wrestlers Who Would Benefit from Him Being Their Manager
Posted: Jun 26th 2012 By: mikeiles
Ric Flair can help the WWE and its superstars.
If he is going to come back to the WWE and make his presence known, he should do so in a managerial way.
There has been so much made of Flair in recent years about his decline. But one thing is for certain: He has not forgotten about wrestling.
Now it's time for him to show what he knows to the current generation of superstars. These wrestlers in particular can use his help.
Ryback
While he is busting up the competition (what little of it there is), he needs something more.
Ric Flair could do for Ryback what he did for Batista.
While he is not Goldberg or Batista in the ring, there is certainly potential for this wrestler to be one of the best of all time and what better way to promote that than with the help of the greatest world champion of all time?
Damien Sandow
Sandow has the voice and acumen of Nick Bockwinkle and the style of Randy Savage. A manager such as Ric Flair would only add to his persona.
Sandow has champion written all over him.
Dolph Ziggler
We have been through this already.
I think Ziggler has the chance to be as good as Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton and yes, John Cena.
All he needs is a real push. If the old Ric Flair manages him, there is a champion waiting to appear.
Justin Gabriel
I still think if managed right and promoted correctly, he is a younger version of Rick Steamboat with better aerial skills.
He has a great look and is as agile as any wrestler on the roster.
And best of all, he can wrestle as a tag team specialist (Ric Flair was first a tag team champion with Rip Hawk) or as a singles competitor.
There is so much talent there, it just needs to be honed.
Alberto Del Rio
He will be in the middle of the pack when he returns and Flair looks like an obvious choice to bring him back to greatness.
Injuries have hurt him and Ricardo Rodriguez makes him look foolish; I don't see Ric Flair making him look like a second-rate wrestler in the ring.
The Miz
If anyone can bring this man back to prominence, it's Flair. He can talk, he can style and he can wrestle and when he is on his game, he is the best at what he does.
He could use Flair's help more than anyone on this list.
