John Laurinaitis is no longer in charge of putting together the line ups for WWE house shows. He has been replaced by Michael Hayes.

Yesterday, Jerry Lawler posted on Twitter "In Ft Wayne for Monday Night Raw tonight then, tomorrow night At Smackdown in Evansville, IN I have a match against Michael Cole! Can?t wait".

Dusty Rhodes has been named the new General Manager of WWE NXT.

WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper was on the "Celebrity Ghost Stories" on the Biography Channel discussing his encounter with the ghost of former WWF Superstar Adrian Adonis. The house that Piper and his family lives in right now was purchased after Adonis ? his opponent at WrestleMania III -encouraged him to do so. Piper recalled that his son often sees shadows and hears noises in the house and his daughter would scream because she said she had seen a man in her room. Then Piper told a story how one day his son came out running and claimed that there is a man in the house after he came back from a trip and Piper stormed in the house. Piper saw the ghost image of Adrian Adonis who said ?Hey Roddy? and then disappeared. Piper said that he never believed in ghosts until that moment. The WWE Hall of Famer had great things to say about Adonis ? who was killed in 1998 after a car accident ? and said he believes he?s just looking out for him and his family.

WWE is releasing a new DVD entitled "WWE?s The 50 Greatest Finishing Moves in History" and coming in at #1 was the Stunner by Steve Austin. Others on the list include the Vader Bomb by Vader at #49, the Bionic Elbow by Dusty Rhodes at #48, the Million Dollar Dream by Ted DiBiase at #47, the Iron Claw by Kerry Von Erich at #46, the Rude Awakening by Rick Rude at #45, the Moonsault by Bam Bam Bigelow at #42, the Mandible Claw/Socko by Mankind at #40, Shake, Rattle, & Roll by The Honky Tonk Man at #39, the Scorpion Lock by Sting at #36, the Piledriver by Jerry Lawler at #33, the Camel Clutch by The Iron Sheik at #22, the Jackhammer by Goldberg at #19, the Cobra Clutch by Sgt. Former WWE Divas and TNA Knockout Jackie Gayda-Haas posted a picture on her Facebook showing her herself pregnant. She is married to Charlie Haas.

Scott Hall no-showed an advertised nWo Reunion autograph session held last Saturday in Southern California. Hall was part of an event at Frank & Son?s Collectibles at the City of Industry, CA, where featured a reunion with Hall, Kevin Nash, Konnan, Scott Steiner, Lex Luger and Buff Bagwell. Nash came out and took the blame, saying he was the one who convinced the promoters to book Hall, saying that he believed he would be able to get Hall to show up. At first it was announced Hall had missed his flight in but would be coming on a later flight. Three hours later it was announced Hall would not be appearing at all. Others appearing included George Steele, Wendi Richter, The Iron Sheik, Nikolai Volkoff, Harley Race, and Tito Santana.

Bill Apter will be doing a roundtable discussion on July 14th in Waterloo, IA in conjunction with the Tragos/Thesz Wrestling Hall of Fame inductions. It will take place at 1pm that day at the Dan Gable Museum and the subject of the discussion will be Danny Hodge, who will be in attendance. The weekend will include Apter getting the Jim Melby Award for excellence in pro wrestling journalism. Also being honored will be Kurt Angle, Don Curtis, John Layfield (AKA John Bradshaw Layfield), Joe Laurinaitis (AKA Road Warrior Animal), and Dan Severn. Severn will do an MMA seminar and there will be a pro wrestling tryout camp headed by Gerald Brisco. In addition to Hodge, also scheduled to appear all weekend are Baron Von Raschke, Larry Hennig, Bob Roop, Mad Dog Vachon, and Fritz Von Goring.

This is a reminder to all wrestlers, managers, valets, referees, ring announcers, and promoters. All licenses issued by the Oklahoma Athletic Commission will expire on June 30th and you will need to renew. In addition, any new wrestling licenses being purchased now must also have a blood test for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV.
