Jim Ross commented on John Morrison's contract and his departure from WWE by saying "Upon further review, it might make more sense than many John Morrison fans think for John to step away from WWE now that his WWE contract has expired. John has had a few injuries that rest and physical therapy will help greatly. Plus, he?s free to enjoy the holidays. I can see John taking a few months, perhaps even a year, off, heal, recharge his batteries and then return to WWE. Of course the obvious question from many fans is when will Morrison turn up on another company?s wrestling, TV show? Personally, I don?t see that happening but that?s merely one guy?s opinion. John is a talented athlete and certainly wish him the best."

Jim Ross wrote that he will be in Tampa, FL this week evaluating talent at Florida Championship Wrestling.

On Monday, Jim Ross posted on Twitter "I?m in Tampa at Raw. Will NOT be on the show."

In last week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted that there are discussions in WWE's booking team about having SmackDown diva Kaitlyn join Beth Phoenix and Natalya in the "Divas of Doom" stable.

Mattel and WWE released a schedule for 2012 Legends action figure releases including Andre the Giant in January, Dallas Page in April, King Kong Bundy in May, Arn Anderson in July, Tully Blanchard in September, and Miss Elizabeth in November.

WWE is advertising Jerry Lawler vs. Michael Cole in a Street Fight for the live telecast of "RAW" on January 2nd in Memphis, TN.

Mae Young was backstage at "RAW" on November 28th in her hometown of Columbia, SC but her pre-tape fell on the cutting room floor and ended up on the WWE website.

Mick Foley is booked for the WWE supershow on December 17th in Uniondale, NY on Long Island.

ABC starts airing new episodes of "Celebrity Wife Swap" on January 3rd and in one of the episodes, Mick Foley swaps his wife Collette for Antonio Sabato, Jr.'s wife Cheryl. Check local listings for date and time in your area.

Former TNA writer Dutch Mantell is back with the company working on the new show for India, which will be taped in December.

Chris Masters has taken to Twitter to rally support from fans to get an opportunity with TNA. Masters was producing some of the best work of his career before WWE released him in August. He?s also part of the Jeff Jarrett project in India which will start taping later this month. Later in the week, Masters posted on Twitter "Ill be taking part in a TNA project in India later this month".

Paul Bearer posted the following on Facebook: "Just spoke with my longtime friend Kamala [James Harris]. I managed him in 1978 when he first started. He seems to be hanginget in there after his foot amputation, due to high blood pressure, not diabetes as reported. Please keep him in your prayers."

Angelo Mosca is headed to Los Angeles this week to tape an episode of "Dr. Phil" following his altercation with Joe Kapp, which has gotten a lot of publicity in the last few days. The show will be about holding grudges. Kapp has reportedly declined to participate. This whole deal is great timing for Mosca, who is currently promoting his new book.

Abdullah the Butcher is Hepatitis C positive, according to blood work received by attorneys for Devon Nicholson. ?I hope anyone who has ever wrestled [Abdullah] and certainly anyone who thinks they?ve been cut by him gets tested,? says Nicholson. ?Hep C can stay dormant for years and there usually isn?t any physical signs of it until long after it?s been contracted.? Nicholson is a pro wrestler that claims he got Hepatitus C from Abdullah when Abdullah used a blade on Nicholson in a match after first using it on himself. There has also been footage of the match in which the same blade was used on both Abdullah and Nicholson. Nicholson has also filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against WWE, accusing talent relation officials of rescinding a job offer because he had tested positive for an infectious disease. In the lawsuit filed in Ontario (Canada) Superior Court, Nicholson claims WWE hired him then revoked the contract even though he disclosed he had Hepatitis C.

Ultimate Warrior has started penning a monthly guest column for men?s magazine Loaded in the United Kingdom. He?s basically doing an advice column answering questions from readers. Warrior also has a reality show in development where he whips rock bands into shape through various extreme physical challenges.

Bull Buchanan was a guest on "Aftermath Radio" with Arda Ocal last week. He told stories about teaming with The Big Bossman (Ray Traylor), and also talking about what was it like working and traveling with him. He stated "Ray was one of the greatest guys Ive ever met. He really got me straight with the money, He?d really showed me a lot in the ring, and really showed me a lot of the stuff outside the ring. Traveling with him was a blast, but at times it would be a rollercoaster (laughs)." He also spoke about what lead to his return to "WWE Monday Night RAW" on November 14th on the segment ?This Is Your Life? with Mick Foley and John Cena. How did he get contacted about making that appearance: "Johnny (Cena) called me and said they had an idea and asked if I was available , and I said shoot yea, so they flew me up to Boston. It was a lot of fun, 'cause I got to meet some of the guys that I haven't got a chance to meet. I got to hang out with some my buddies, Big Show, The Armstrongs, Teddy Long, Mark Henry. MWA announced their show for this Friday (December 9th) has been canceled due to a scheduling conflict. No future dates has been announced.

Chief Jay Strongbow was hospitalized after a fall. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
