My response to a group of cowards

The following is my response to a group of idiots. First, a quick explanation: Back in March, my wife by total accident discovered that someone had made a fake facebook page of me. In response, I made a real facebook page and began reporting said abuse to facebook, and after about three weeks, it was removed from facebook. This was in March, and the fake page had been there without my knowledge since January, for nothing more than the sole purpose of amusing the brain dead idiots that made it. They obviously had no idea if I'd ever even see it or not. Which begs the question, what is the point of what they think is a rib if I, the target, never see it? Had my wife not found it by accident, I'd never have known it was there. Then the funniest part comes along: Yesterday, I put my name in google again out of pure curiosity, and I find the following letter from these spineless twits that made the fake page of me posted here on oklafan. Basically, this letter is them crossing their arms over their chest, sticking out their bottom lip, and stomping their foot because they're mad that their stupid little fake site of me was taken down by facebook. Below is the letter they posted here on oklafan, in quotations, and my response to each part...

Dear Anthony Wayne,

"There is an old saying that says ?if you can?t take the heat, get out of the kitchen?, well you sir need to find the nearest exit and RUN, don?t walk through it."

Dear Whoever You Think You Are,

I can take all the heat anybody can dish out. I'm 5'3" 140lbs, and I've made a success of professional wrestling. If I couldn't take "the heat", I'd have been gone a long time ago. So save your sour grapes.

"It seems not a month goes by without you going on an unruly rant about which "mark" says this or why would a "mark" say that in your holier than thou style. In addition, you have blasted Jeff Hardy, Hulk Hogan, TNA, etc. on numerous occasions, spewing what is assumed to be your vast insight on to how the "business" should be run. Which according to the 1st amendment of the constitution you are allowed to do, but don?t be a hypocrite."

Do I blast marks that run their mouths without knowing what they're talking about? You bet. They deserve it. I'm sick to death of these keyboard peckers thinking they have all the answers when they have NO INSIDE KNOWLEDGE of what the wrestling business is about. Simple as that. Has nothing to do with holier than thou, because anybody that truly knows me knows that's not how I am. If I know what I'm talking about, I'll say so, if I don't, I'll admit that too. As far as blasting clowns like Jeff Hardy and Hulk Hogan, I DARE somebody to go back and read anything I've said about either of them and tell me I'm wrong. Jeff Hardy is a pathetic criminal, and Hogan is the biggest egomaniac this business has ever seen. TNA's TV sucks. End of discussion on that one. As far as my insight on how the business should be run? You better believe I know what I'm doing? Why do I? Because I began learning this business from Tom Jones, a walking treasure trove of knowledge and the finest human being I could have asked for for a trainer, who has been everywhere, done it all, and knows everybody. With that and 10 years, 14 states, and 40 something promotions I've traveled through, I will make the following statement not out of arrogance, but confidence: I could go to WWE or TNA tomorrow with a number 2 pencil and a notebook and fix the lousy booking in either place.

"You (and guessing from posts, your family) recently discovered a Facebook page where people would take good natured barbs at you, much like you do to Jeff Hardy and "marks" in your blog. You or someone representing you not only contacted Oklafan to tell them the site was not you (like anyone gives a damn enough about you to really become a "fan" of yours on Facebook or care that it?s real or not) but you also contacted Facebook demanding it be taken down. The administrators of the Anthony Wayne site received e-mails from Facebook stating the site was being removed because we were being too mean to you."

Here's where you better sit up and pay attention: There was nothing "good natured" about what was on the fake facebook page. What you've never understood is there is a big difference between ribbing somebody and blatant immature disrespect. I'll rib with somebody all day every day, but understand this clearly: I WILL NOT, after 29 years of my life, put up with disrespect. I endured physical, mental, and emotional abuse from various bullies over the years during my entire childhood and teenage years, and make no mistake, the buck has stopped here. I do not treat anyone with disrespect, making fun of people, etc, and I demand the same consideration. Consider yourselves fortunate I didn't sue for defemation of character, because I could have with the kind of content that was on your silly little page. Furthermore, how sad is your lives that you actually took the time to make and maintain this fake page to make fun of me? I have been gone from Oklahoma for 7 years come this July. 7 years! And it's been almost 5 since I even came back for a visit and seen anyone there. So do me a favor, forget I exist! Are you that jealous of what I've accomplished in this business compared to you that five years after you last even seen me in person you have to resort to childish things like this? Get real. Get a life. You have some serious issues, and frankly I could care less if you solve them by jumping off the nearest high rise building.

"So here is our plead to you ?Impressive One? if you can?t handle people making fun of you, STFU about things that make you mad. You?re a 5 foot nothing "pro" wrestler in Tennessee, your opinion ranks just above that of the dung beetle. Those "marks" you loath so much because you are so superior because you?ve been in the ring, have as much right to blast you and the wrestling world you claim to love, as much as you have the right to blast them. For the record Mr. Wayne, you yourself are a "mark". Everyone in the business is "mark" otherwise we wouldn?t be in the business! If Hardy or Hogan saw what you wrote about them they would laugh you off as a wanna be wrestler running around in tights in an empty building! Deal with it. And the next time someone builds a Facebook or Twitter page or something to the like about you, take it as a compliment that anyone would waste a breath talking about you."

So that's what this is about? As I said above, you're so ate up jealous of what I've accomplished in professional wrestling, especially since I am 5'3" 140lbs, that you can't stand it. Well you know what? Here's my plea to you: Get over it! I've worked harder than you ever could, been through things mentally, emotionally, and physically since I started doing this that would have had you wetting your little pants. So spare me. This is what I do, and no plans of slowing down are in the works. Unlike one member of the "team" who made the fake facebook, who throws a fit at every three to six months to a year intrevals, "retires", and then backpedals and starts sucking up to management at New Mid South or any other promotion it might be to get back in a few weeks later. Seen it too many times, bored with it, just do us a favor and stay out for good next time. As far as being a mark, let's asses this situation. I stopped being a mark the first day I earned the respect of peers in the wrestling business. The first time I sacraficed time with my family. The first time I got home from a booking at 3am. The first time I put my body on the line to entertain a crowd. You get the idea. So go to Hell.

Team Facebook Anthony Wayne? Don't make me laugh. I know exactly who at least two of you are. If there's more of you cowards involved in this, I have no idea, don't really care. Took me about 15 seconds of reading the fake page when it was up to figure out who you were. The issue with this is that you don't have the guts to sign your names to this letter. Why is that? You're so quick to belittle and make fun of somebody, but it's behind my back when I'm 700 miles away. Get real. Grow a set. You can email me at impressiveanthony@yahoo.com and tell me each name, and that will be the end of it as far as I'm concerned, but if you're going to dish something out, at least have guts to tell me who you are.
