8-20-06 WWE Summerslam PPV
Ric Flair def. Mick Foley in an "I Quit" Match when Flair threatens to hit Melina with a barbed-wire baseball bat.
8-21-06 WWE RAW
The Highlanders, Jim Duggan & Eugene def. WWE RAW World Tag Team Champions The Spirit Squad (Kenny, Mikey, Johnny & Nicky)
Mick Foley met Vince & Shane McMahon backstage. Vince notices Foley's stitches. He says he doesn't like Foley. All 3 have had a bad night so far, but Vince is about to make Foley's even worse. He offers Foley a chance to join the Kiss My Ass Club. Foley says that offer is ridiculous, but it does make him smile. Vince says that if Foley doesn't join the Kiss My Ass Club, someone's going to get fired.
Melina comes to see Foley. She thanks him for his actions at Summerslam and asks what he's going to do now. Foley doesn't think he can look at himself in the mirror if he joins the Kiss My Ass Club. Melina calls Foley her mentor and best friend and says that she knows he'll make the right choice. She kisses Foley, then goes to join WWE Intercontinental Champion Johnny Nitro for his title defence against Kane.
Randy Orton got a pin on Ric Flair, but continued to assault him after the match, so the referee reversed the decision. An enraged Orton prepared to continue the assault until Carlito came to the rescue.
Vince McMahon is in the ring and invites Mick Foley to come down. Shane McMahon is also in the ring. Foley comes to the ring, accompanies by Melina. McMahon notes that Foley is the first person preparing to join the Kiss My Ass Club who has brought a date. Foley tells Vince to shut his mouth and says he's not going to join the club. He loves the WWE, but he doesn't need it. He saved a fortune on his apparell, he hasn't paid for a haircut in 10 years and he drives a used mini-van. He can't have his job threatened. McMahon says that Foley must not hear very well, which is no surprise since he is missing half of one ear. He reminds Foley that he said "Somebody's" getting fired. Vince says that he will fire Melina if Foley doesn't kiss his ass. Foley says that nobody is worth kissing Vince's ass except her. Melina says that Foley doesn't have to do this. Foley says she's on the verge of being a superstar. He's already had a career. He mentions that she's the godmother to his son Dewey. This is the lowest thing he's ever done, but it's important to their friendship. After he's done, they'll go get lots of mouthwash and alcohol and forget all about this. Foley yells at Vince to take his pants down. Vince does so and Foley kisses Vince's ass. Melina then gives Foley a nutshot and joins the McMahons. Vince says that they have 2 words for Foley. Melina says, "You're fired!". Melina, Shane & Vince then leave for the backstage area.
8-24-06 NWA-TNA Impact
Shane Douglas is in the ring and he says that everyone has known him for a while, and they know that he does not like to brag and say ?I told you so?, but he tells TNA that he told them so. He said that he would take The Naturals back to the top of the mountain. Chase Stevens came out to represent his team and after months of training, they know how to get the job done. Shane asks the fans if they think it is time for the newly Franchised Naturals to NWA Tag Team Titles. Since the fans wanted it, they will get it. Shane brings out the newly Franchised Naturals.
The Paprazzi def. The Naturals. After the match, Shane Douglas comes out and he is not in a good mood. He stares down Andy and Chase and then he wants to know if that is what he taught them. He tells them that they are not championship material. He says that they do not belong in the ring and they do not deserve a title match. He says that they will go back down to the bottom, and they will not put on their boots or tights until he says they are ready. Shane tells them to leave the ring.
A video package for Sting is shown where he tells NWA World Champion Jeff Jarrett that he will accept his offer. He will put his career on the line. If this is the end of Sting, so be it. By the time they get to Bound for Glory, the drip will turn into trainloads of anger that he has for Jarrett. He is going to go away for a while, and he says that nobody can comprehend where he is going to go. He says that you do not want to know. The risk is his career and Sting being erased. Sting shows the contract and there is only one signature missing, and that is Jarrett?s.
Don West and Mike Tenay are at the announce table, and Mike has the contract for Bound for Glory. Jeff Jarrett comes out and he has a smile on his face. He wants to know if he heard Tenay right that he has the contract. Jarrett says that all he needs to do is execute the deal. Jarrett refuses to sign the contract and he says that there is going to be an execution . . . a ?public execution? next week. Jarrett goes to the back with the contract.
LAX (Hotstuff Hernandez & Homicide, w/ Konnan) def. NWA World Tag Team Champions A.J. Styles & Christopher Daniels in a Border Brawl for the titles.
