Ric Flair was pulled by WWE from last Friday's Ring of Honor television tapings in Philadelphia, PA. This appears to be a last minute decision by WWE. Flair was at the show and announced he was stepping down as commissioner due to his WWE commitments. He has yet to sign a new contract with WWE, but may this week. Flair is being allowed to honor his remaining Ring of Honor commitments, but will not be allowed to be on Ring of Honor televison.

After Raw went off the air this past Monday, they took Ric Flair out on a stretcher to sell his injuries. He will need to recover fast though as he is booked to appear this weekend at the Sun Fun Festival in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Arn Anderson & Barry Windham will be appearing at the Charlotte NWA Legends Fanfest. They wanted to reunite the original Four Horsemen, and WWE did allow Anderson to come, but Ric Flair had a prior booking in Egypt for that weekend.

MiamiHerald.com has a story on Shad Gaspard of Cryme Tyme and his experiences in getting into WWE after he was disqualified for failing a physical going into the second season of "Tough Enough". Gaspard said his goal is to become part of the third all African-American tag team to hold WWE tag titles after Rocky Johnson & Tony Atlas and Men on a Mission.

Jim Ross has donated one of his cowboy hats for Wrestlers Rescue to raise money for Steve Williams to get a hands free voice box at WrestlersRescue.org.

Sting is expected to finish up with TNA following "Bound for Glory" in October when his contract expires. At least that is the impression he gave to the office. He would likely get a nice send off similar to what the WWE did for Ric Flair.

TNAwrestling.com has added profiles of Tara (Victoria), Raven, and Shane Douglas to their roster page.

There are reports that Shane Douglas and Raven were only brought back for the recent Impact tapings, and haven't signed long-term deals. There has been talk of using Douglas as a heel manager.

MTV was filming at Tuesday night's TNA house show in Nampa, ID for their TV show "Made," which A. J. Styles is on.

"Mountain Mafia", an indy film starring Al Snow & Tiger Chung Lee, just wrapped production.

Se7en had to miss the Asylum Championship Wrestling event in Colorado Springs, CO on May 23rd due to a car accident he was involved in while traveling to the show. No one was injured and he did not miss any ring time.

Oklafan extends its congratulations to Bad Boy, who celebrated 1 year as MSWA Oklahoma Champion on June 1st.

Oklafan also extends it congratulations to Big Daddy Moore, who got married the weekend of May 23rd.

Oklafan extends its condolences to the friends and family of Robert Havenar who passed away late last month. Robert was a long time wrestling fan who travelled the state to go to wrestling events along with his wife and grand daughter.
