NEWS
Kim Turman-Laurinaitis, the widow of Road Warrior Animal, ripped WWE and A&E a new one over the Road Warriors Biography episode which aired Sunday. She said that she was never contacted to be part of the show despite being there the night he died. She said that the real story will eventually come out. “This is disgusting, literally disgusting, at his expense, and I will not be quiet anymore. Shame on all involved. The TRUTH will always come out,” she wrote in a post on Facebook. She also challenged the producers’ version of how her husband died, saying that he passed away on September 22 in a hotel and not at a hospital as it was alleged in the documentary. “They never took him to a fcking hospital. They tried to save him in our hotel room,” she continued. “I was the ONLY one there with the paramedics… are you serious right now?!” She bashed the “fake-ass phony people” who pretended to be friends and pretended to tell the truth at her husband’s expense and wondered if they will be handing out Oscars for the acting.

Kim Laurinaitis, the widow of Road Warrior Animal, made an appearance on “Busted Open Radio” to discuss her criticism of A&E’s Biography: WWE Legends episode on The Road Warriors. She wishes the documentary was more positive instead of focusing on Hawk’s addiction struggles so much. And along with some inner-family squabbles affecting her view of the show, Kim did not like that Bruce Prichard was interviewed: “I’ll be quite honest, Bruce Prichard, I battled with him online lately. He rips my husband on his podcast a lot of times or little clips. And I’m thinking, why are you even on here talking about him? We know you don’t really care for him. So I would have rather had people that had positive things to say and really meant them.”

A. J. Styles streamed a live Q&A edition of his “Phenomenally Retro” podcast, which you can view by clicking here.

Latest matches added across WWE’s YouTube channels include Ric Flair vs. Lex Luger from WCW’s “Capitol Combat 1990” and a compilation of Andre the Giant wrestling in the territories

Sting says he initially tried to talk some sense into Darby Allin, but he ended up being taught how to live life to the fullest while working with Allin. He said “At first, I was trying to talk some sense into him by saying he didn’t have to do these risky moves every match. But, man, he rubbed off on me, and I ended up taking way more risks than I anticipated myself taking. By the end, you didn’t know whether the young guy was going to jump off the balcony or the old guy was going to jump off the balcony. And sometimes we both did together. We’ll be friends until one of us leaves the earth. He taught me how to live life to the fullest.”

Jim Ross says doctors suspect possible dementia or Alzheimer's. During the latest episode of “Grilling JR”, where Ross talked about undergoing additional medical testing following a recent appointment with his neurologist. While Ross said he currently feels physically fine, he admitted doctors are taking a closer look at potential neurological issues as part of his ongoing health evaluations. “They’re worried about dementia or Alzheimer’s, and I’m like, ‘What the hell are you gonna do about it?’ There’s not a cure. If there’s any medicine I should be taking preventatively, tell me what they are and I’ll do it. But you know, we’ll see how it works out. I’m going through a lot of tests. I don’t feel bad at all—I feel great, actually. But you know, getting old is a b***h" Earlier this month, Ross revealed that recent physical exam results showed excellent numbers for his blood pressure, blood sugar, and other major vitals.

O. D. B. posted on Facebook recently that she will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in October during “Bound for Glory” weekend.

Devion Black suffered a dislocated patellar and TMJ-jaw dislocation on May 16th. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.

Oklafan extends condolences to the family and friends of P. Y. Chu-Hi, who passed away May 20, 2026 at the age of 79. At the time of this writing, no cause of death was available. Chu-Hi, whose real name was Phil Hickerson and who competed under that name for the majority of his career, was a territorial standout in Memphis, TN. Debuting in 1974, Hickerson would forever be thought of as a tag team competitor. He initially teamed with Al Greene to form The Sherman Tanks, but made his biggest claim to fame teaming with Dennis Condrey as The Bicentennial Kings (so named because America was on the verge of its bicentennial at the time of this team's formation). This team dominated Memphis wrestling, holding the NWA (later AWA) Southern Tag Team Titles 9 times, the Mid-American version of the NWA United States Tag Team Title 5 times, and the NWA Mid-American Tag Team Titles twice. Combine that with the 3 NWA Southern Tag Team Titles he held with Al Greene, and that was 19 tag team titles in just 4 years of competition. Hickerson would suffer an injury that put him out of wrestling for most of the first half of the 1980s, but returned in 1984 and transitioned to singles competitor, winning the AWA International Title 3 times and the CWA Title once. He also teamed with Jerry Blackwell in All Japan Pro Wrestling, where they were part of the 1988 World's Strongest Tag Determination League. In 1989, Hickerson made one of the strangest choices of his career, when he aligned with Tojo Yamamoto and entered WCCW as P. Y. Chu-Hi, a name derived in part from a name Yamamoto had used early in his career, P. Y. Chung, and an alcoholic drink named Chu-Hi. Chu-Hi would be one of many rivals to WCCW star Eric Embry, On July 3, 1989, Chu-Hi would defeat Embry for the WCCW Texas Title. During Chu-Hi's reign, WCCW would merge with the CWA to form the USWA and Chu-Hi was recognized as the first USWA Texas Champion, but that reign did not last long as he lost the title back to Embry in August of 1989. Chu-Hi would continue to compete regularly until 1991, then retired, though he made a few special appearances in 1995 before fully retiring. He returned to Tennessee where he worked as a morning DJ at a country music station and owned a bar. Chu-Hi only has 2 documented Oklahoma wrestling appearances. The first was against Tony Falk at a WCCW event on June 13, 1989 in Cushing. The other was a Steel Cage Match where he teamed with Gary Young and lost to Chris Adams and USWA World Tag Team Champion Jeff Jarrett on October 7, 1989 in Ft. Sill.
