Bruce Prichard says WWE only listens to fans who buy tickets and not haters who complain on social media. “You listen to the people that are buying tickets and that's key. 100%. Listen to the folks that are actually buying tickets and watching the television show, not the ones who just want to critique it. They will tell you what is working. And you can either take the opinion of "I know better than them" or you can have that open mind and say, "Wow, I didn't look at it like that. If you listen, the audience will always help you and tell you what's working and what isn't working. You just have to be honest enough and open enough to listen.” Prichard said on the “What Do You Want to Talk About” podcast hosted by Cody Rhodes.
Ricky Saints posted a brief tweet acknowledging the two-year anniversary of his Strap Match against Bryan Danielson at “AEW All Out 2023”: “What day to remember. [dragon emoji]”.
Recent Ring of Honor matches added to AEW’s YouTube channel include Matt Sydal vs. A. J. Styles from “Hell Freezes Over 2006”.

Sharing family drama online is never a good look, and now, is an example of that. The widow of former WWE star Umaga has shared a series of videos on TikTok where she puts her deceased husband’s brother, Rikishi, on blast. Seemingly this is because she has discovered that the WWE Hall of Famer has been critical of her son Zilla’s physical condition on his podcast. “I don’t talk to my in-laws. Ever since my late husband passed, nothing. But what did they do? Made money off my husband when he died. Y’all wanna talk sh*t? They made money, let’s be real. They did me wrong. Yeah, his whole f*cking family did me wrong. I need to write a book because I need to tell my side of the truth. F*ck his uncle. F*ck Rikishi. I said it … Rikishi wants Zilla Fatu to come to WWE in tip-top shape? F*ck him. Tell him to go f*cking run a f*cking lap. Who gives a f*ck what his uncle says?” Umaga, real name Edward Fatu, was a member of the legendary Anoa?i family, and reportedly was set to return to WWE before he died in 2009 from a heart attack caused by drug issues. Tragically, this left four children without a father, and it would be understandable if none of them wanted anything to do with the wrestling business. Still, his son Isayah Fatu has since decided to follow in his father’s footsteps wrestling as Zilla Fatu and after being trained by Booker T at Reality of Wrestling, is building up his own name, having recently worked for TNA during the “Slammiversary 2025” pre-show.

Oklafan congratulates Wrangler Rhett for surpassing 6 months as WFC Prime Champion. He defeated Jack Davenport for the title on March 1, 2025 at an event in Broken Arrow.
Adrian Vega suffered an ankle injury in his match with Neo Genesis at the TexPro event in Seminole on August 30th. He will be out of action for an indeterminate amount of time. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
Oklafan extends condolences to the family and friends of Billy Starr, who passed away September 2, 2025 at the age of 76. At the time of this writing, no cause of death was known. Starr, whose real name was Bill Harris, was a journeyman wrestler, competing in many companies primarily in lower-card matches in Georgia, Mid-Atlantic, and the Central States territory before making it to TSW. While he still never rose above the opening matches, he was a mainstay in TSW from 1979 until 1982. After TSW closed, Starr continued to compete for MSW through 1982 before returning to Georgia. He continued to compete for almost 40 years in the Georgia area after changing his name to Hillbilly Festus (not to be confused with the Festus persona of Luke Gallows). Starr also formed a tag team with Ted Allen as The Nightmares. Overall, Starr was a reliable participant who made a name for himself in the southeastern pro wrestling area under many different gimmicks and is considered a star in that region. Starr competed on 38 documented Oklahoma cards. The earliest was a TSW card in Tulsa on September 3, 1979 where he and Stan Lane lost a Handicap Match to Sugar Bear Harris. The last was an MSW card in Tulsa on June 18, 1982 where he lost to Mike Sharpe, Jr.
