NEWS
In a recent interview with Bleacher Report, Sting said that filming the cinematic match for "AEW Revolution" was fun, but he “came out of it in shambles.” Sting admitted that the two nights of filming took a toll on him and it was pretty tough to go through. “It can be taxing on the body especially at my age.” He explained that it took 12 hours of filming to complete the match, his first involvement since the 2015 match against Seth Rollins at WWE’s "Night of Champions". “I love filming. I have done movies and TV, and I always have fun with that stuff. The tough part was all of the hours and the recovery time,” Sting said. He said that there was some rust on him after not being in a ring for over five years and AEW President Tony Khan sent a ring to his house to start getting used to running the ropes again. “It was an eye-opener for me. It was a challenge. I didn’t recover as quick as I used to,” the 62-year-old continued. “It was grueling. I had a lot of work to get my cardio ready to go and get into good physical condition. It was tougher than it’s ever been but I got there.” Sting and his tag team partner Darby Allin were victorious in their street fight against Brian Cage and Ricky Starks.

WWE taped their Hall of Fame inductions last week. The show will air on April 6th on Peacock and is hosted by Jerry Lawler.

Speaking with the press ahead of "NXT Takeover: Stand & Deliver", Triple H revealed that A. J. Styles did ask him for a match at WrestleMania this year but he did not have the time to get in "Mania shape" this time around. Triple H said that he would have loved to square up with Styles but his corporate job doesn't leave him much time to prepare, saying that staying in shape and getting ready for a WrestleMania match are completely different. He mentioned how Ric Flair keeps telling him that he needs to lace up his boots again and he would love to do it but there's simply is not enough time and is too busy right now. This will be the second WrestleMania in a row that Triple H is not involved in ring-wise. Styles used the same tactic for getting a match against The Undertaker last year, initiating the dialogue and straight up asking the Deadman for one more match.

WWE released the trailer for their "WWE Untold" episode on Edge vs. Mick Foley from WrestleMania 22. In the episode, “The Rated-R Superstar and The Hardcore Legend look back at their barbaric Hardcore Match from 15 years ago, which was not only one of the most dangerous matches to ever take place on The Grandest Stage of Them All, but also a defining moment for both Superstars’ careers.” It premieres on Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network everywhere else Sunday. The trailer can be viewed by clicking here.

Mick Foley, Trish Stratus, Carmella, Jerry Lawler, Sami Zayn, and The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) appeared on WWE’s "The Bump" on Wednesday morning.

WWE’s YouTube channel uploaded Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship from WrestleMania 33.

On "Raw Talk", MVP explained that the Hurt Business breaking up was just “business”. He also said: “We are always looking for talent. We always have our eyes open.” He clarified on Twitter that King Corbin is not a member of The Hurt Business.

At the Global NAACP TV Awards held last week, they listed prominent sports deaths of black athletes from the past year and included James Harris (AKA Kamala), Rocky Johnson, and Shad Gaspard.
