-In the summer of 2017, he was a severe car crash and had to have what he was told was career ending surgery. He returned to the ring 3 years later, but was involved in another car-crash where he was T-boned by a drunk driver in 2023. That accident required a metal rod to be put in his back and he was told that even something like riding a rollercoaster might result in paralysis. He defied doctor's expectations and returned to the ring in 2024.
