Other Facts: -The original Proclamation was formed in the summer of 2018 and consisted of Alex Royal & Reed, managed by Dustin McGowan.
-Ray Martinez was announced as a member in Fall of 2018, but never returned to UWE to maintain his membership
-Alex Royal left the group in January 2019 after differences between himself and the other members erupted following his loss of the UWE Title. He rejoined after winning the UWE Title on June 29, 2019
-Garrett Murphy was recruited at the beginning of 2019, but suffered an injury that prevented him from continuing as an active member through the first half of 2019.
-Ethan Cole was recruited to replace the injured Garrett Murphy in February, 2019
-The Mercenary was hired into the group in March, 2019. He left the group on July 27, 2019
-Steven Cruze was fired from the group on July 27, 2019 after failing to secure a win over Samuel Savage.
-J. D. Joined the group on July 27, 2019
