-Billed as the brother of pro wrestlers Sputnik Monroe, Jet Monroe, & Rocket Monroe.
-Started wrestling at age 7 and turned pro at age 16.
-Wrestled under a mask as Red Devil until he was unmasked by Mr. Wrestling on October 12, 1972
-After retiring, he sold mobile homes and insurance.
-Suffered nine heart attacks, which left him disabled.
-Was once reported as deceased, but this turned out to be a rumour. Before the mistake was discovered, he received a "10 bell salute" at the Cauliflower Alley Club Reunion. He is the only person to receive the salute and live to tell about it.
-Passed away as a result of a heart attack on November 27, 1994.
