-Also not to be confused with the various Dr. Xs that competed in PZWA in 1993, OPW in 2000, or IZW in 2004-2005.
-Rumored to be the brother of former University of Nebraska football coach Tom Osbourne. This was never confirmed.
-Was unmasked by Danny Hodge in a "Mask vs. Title" match for the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Title. He redonned the mask the next week and would continue to wear it as if nothing had happened.
-Passed away on October 31, 2016 at the age of 80
