Se7en def. Brandon Bishop in a tournament final to become the inaugural champion. Bishop def. Se7en for the title in a Caged Ladder Match Machina def. Magnus for the title in a Three Way Dance that also included Angel Williams. ACW officially moved to Wichita Falls, TX on April 6, 2003. Machina was stripped of the title on February 1, 2003. Matthews won a Battle Royal for the vacant title. Scott won the title in an Elimination Royale Match. Payton Scott was stripped of the title due to injuries. Williams def. John O'Malley for the vacant title. X-Cal won an Elimination Royale to take the title from John O'Malley. X-Cal was stripped of the title on August 1, 2004 due to injuries preventing him from making a title defence. Bishop won a 6-Pack Challenge for the vacant title. Angel Williams was stripped of the title on August 20, 2005 due to no-showing an event because of a death in his family. Neil won a Battle Royale for the vacant title. O'Malley won the title from Neil in a Battle Royale. ACW began running shows in Colorado in May, 2007. O'Malley was stripped of the title September 16, 2007 due to failure to conform to ACW rules of contact and committment. Michaels won a 25 man Battle Royal for the vacant title, last eliminating Michael Barry Josh Michaels was stripped of the ACW Title for unknown reasons. D'Angelo won an Asylum Rumble match for the vacant title Williams vacated the title after winning it. Quinn won a Battle Royal to fill the vacant title. ACW owner Jeremy Quinn III stripped Franco D'Angelo of the title due to an illness suffered by the champion. Dean def. Jesse Williams, Joshua Michael, Brandon Bishop, Mikey Quinn and Jason Noal in a 6-Shot Ladder Match for the vacant title.

The Professionals def. Pimpology (Jeffrey Parker & Kool Ade) in a tournament final to become the inaugural champions. O'Malley & Tiger had a falling out resulting in the titles being held up. O'Malley & Aaron defeated Tiger & Mr. Clucky for the held up titles. ACW officially moved to Wichita Falls, TX on April 6, 2003. The Sharpe Brothers forfeit the titles on May 1, 2003. Payton Scott uses his authourity as ACW commissioner to crown himself & Magnus Tag Team Champions. Williams & Bishop were stripped of the titles when ACW Commisioner Payton Scott fired Williams. Magnus & Joe def. X-Cal & Dirty Harry Sanchez for the vacant titles. This was a Handicap Match. Farat was substituting for Se7en in this match. Team Shenanigans were stripped of the titles for failing to defend within 30 days. Payton Scott used his power as ACW Commissioner to crown himself & Matt Garza champions. John O'Malley gave his half of the tag team titles to Kenny Campbell. ACW owner Brandon Bishop stripped Team Shenanigans of the tag team titles and awarded them to himself & Zorthos. This was a 4-corners Tag Team match that also involved the teams of Payton Scott & John O'Malley and Li'l Joe & Carnage. This was a 4-Way Ladder Match that also involved the teams of the Pretty Young Things and John O'Malley & Se7en. During their title reign, ACW relocated to Colorado. The Re-Gex were stripped of the titles when Mace quit the team. Valdez & Epic defeated the Spiccoli Brothers (Josh & Johnny) for the vacant titles. Epic chose Joshua Michael as his new tag team partner. Born Again Sunday won the titles in a Triple Threat/Steel Cage match

ACW Commissioner Payton Scott stripped Li'l Joe of the title on May 19, 2004 because he hadn't actually wrestled for it. Se7en won a Hardcore Elimination Royale for the vacant title. This was a Cage Match. Bernie Donderwitz ordered Mr. Brown to defend the title on his behalf in ACW's first ever "Smear the Queer" Match. This was a Triple Threat Ultimate Torture Match that also featured Bernie Donderwitz. This title was renamed the ACW Institutional Title upon ACW's move to Colorado.
