- Dalton was stripped of the title on September 27, 2003 for failure to defend the title within 30 days. Groom def. Slater Vain in a 2 Out Of 3 Falls Match for the vacant title.
- Lapointe defeated Groom in the final match of a 3 Man Gauntlet. Groom had already defeated Jack McCabe and Kenny Campbell earlier.
- Morbid defeated Sydal in a No DQ Match
- Burns def. Morbid in a Barbed Wire Bullrope Match. SRPW closed down on August 4, 2006.
- SRPW reactivated on June 11, 2011 when MERC chose the name in an effort to rebrand itself and Burns was reinstituted as Champion.

- Stackhouse def. Martinez for the title in a Hardcore Match.

- Burns def. Stackouse for the title in a Submission Match.
- Cross def. Riker in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Mr. Nasty.
- Nasty was stripped of the title sometime before April 30, 2015 after he left the company. Martinez def. Spyder in a Fans Bring the Weapons Match to win the vacant title.
- Sawyer def. Martinez for the title in a Lockdown Match that also featured Karnage, Bill Black, Brandon Groom, Christopher Dean, Father Padge, Ryan James, Cody Burns and SRPW United States Champion Spyder.
