  5. The title was vacated January 19, 2020 when Camacho won the ASP Heavyweight Title. Shawn Sanders won a Battle Royal for the vacant title
  6. Bostic def. Sanders for the title in an Empty Arena/Falls Count Anywhere Match
  7. Jerry Bostic was stripped of the title on October 25, 2020 for not defending it since winning it. Thrash won the “Graveyard Smash” Gauntlet Battle Royal for the vacant title.
  8. Garcia def. Gallows for the title in a Fatal 4-Way Match that also involved Warren Powers and Revan
  9. Savage won the title in a tag match with Johnny Kove against Rockwell & ASP 5-Star Champion Mr. Nasty where both title were on the line.
  10. Nasty def. Mike for the title in a match where Nasty’s ASP 5-Star Title was also on the line.
  11. Mr. Nasty vacated the title sometime on November 6, 2022 after being told to defend it AND the 5-Star Title or vacate one. Fox def. Drake Gallows in the finals of a gauntlet match for the vacant title
  12. Leo Fox was stripped of the ASP Mid-American Title after being unable to attend a mandatory title defence. Kove def. Montego Seeka for the vacant title
