Oriental def. Lobo Gris and Master Chief in a Triple Threat Match to become the inaugural champion. The title was not defended at the BMLL shows that followed and Oriental was not announced as champion. It is not know when the title was vacated or stripped. BMLL ran its last event on June 24, 2017.

Justin Lee won the OPW Light Heavyweight Title in his very first match with OPW.
