Big Business (Damon Windsor & Kevin Morgan) and The Old School Suckas (Bryan Cruize & Randy Price) in a Triple Threat Elimination Match for the vacant titles.
  25. On July 27, 2013, it appeared that The East-West Playaz (Soto Miyagi & Midnite Rider) def. WWSB Elite for the titles, but that decision was stricken from the records on August 10, 2013 when video evidence revealed that Team Bull (The Bronze Bull & Bobby Starr) had disguised themselves as The East-West Playaz.

IZW ran its last event on October 7, 2017.
