  3. IZW Commissioner Gary Tool returned the Tag Team Titles to Impact Inc. based on a video tape review of the November 19, 2005 match against the OSA.

  6. Sensation & Striker def. Zorthos for the titles in a Handicap Match

  8. The Syndicate def. Sensation in a No DQ/Handicap Match. Sensation's partner Striker had been rendered unable to compete by the Syndicate prior to the match.

BLK-OUT was stripped of the titles on January 9, 2010 IZW show by IZW Co-Commissioner Steve O due to misrepresenting themselves as Soto Miyagi & The Midnite Rider in order to fraudulently win the championship.   17. Awesome X def. Aerial Assault for the titles in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Arrogant Money (Austin Tacious & Randy Price)
  18. Aerial Assault def. Awesome X for the titles in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Nemesis (Damien Morte & Rage Logan)
  19. Aerial Assault were stripped of the titles on February 26, 2011 after having been injured by Nemesis the previous week. Nemesis def. Awesome X (Kevin Morgan & Xavior) for the vacant titles.

  24. IZW owner Johnny Z stripped Team Remix of the titles on February 16, 2013 due to Copycat & Jones not defending within 30 days. The Birds of Prey def. Big Business (Damon Windsor & Kevin Morgan) and The Old School Suckas (Bryan Cruize & Randy Price) in a Triple Threat Elimination Match for the vacant titles.
  25. On July 27, 2013, it appeared that The East-West Playaz (Soto Miyagi & Midnite Rider) def. WWSB Elite for the titles, but that decision was stricken from the records on August 10, 2013 when video evidence revealed that Team Bull (The Bronze Bull & Bobby Starr) had disguised themselves as The East-West Playaz.

  37. On June 17, 2017, The Beach Bod Gods relinquished the titles upon the announcement of Ray the Bae's retirement. IZW Co-Commissioner Shawn McHale gave the titles to the Future Hall of Famers on July 22, 2017. The Future Hall of Famers renamed themselves Impact, Inc. on August 5, 2017. IZW ran its last event on October 7, 2017.
