  2. Lapointe & Se7en were stripped of the titles after Se7en had a falling out with IZW management. Impact Inc. def. The Old School Assassins (Seth Allen & Brad Michaels) for the vacant titles
  3. IZW Commissioner Gary Tool returned the Tag Team Titles to Impact Inc. based on a video tape review of the November 19, 2005 match against the OSA.
  4. OSA def. Impact Inc. for the titles in a Steel Cage Match
  5. Impact Inc. won the titles from Team Shenanigans in a Tables Match.
  6. Sensation & Striker def. Zorthos for the titles in a Handicap Match
  7. In this match, the DQ rule was waived.
  8. The Syndicate def. Sensation in a No DQ/Handicap Match. Sensation's partner Striker had been rendered unable to compete by the Syndicate prior to the match.
  9. Sensation & Striker def. The New Age Syndicate for the titles in a Kendo Stick On A Pole Match
  10. Impact, Inc. def. Nathan Sensation & Striker for the titles in a Steel Cage Match
  11. BLK-OUT def. Impact, Inc. in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match for the titles
  12. IZW Commissioner Steve O returned the titles to Impact, Inc. when video evidence proved that BLK-OUT had used the belts to assist them in winning the titles the previous week.

  14. Johnson & Seeka disguised themselves as The Midnite Rider & Soto Miyagi while competing in this match. They unmasked after winning the titles.
  15. BLK-OUT was stripped of the titles on the Jan. 9th IZW show by IZW Co-Commissioner Steve O due to misrepresenting themselves as Soto Miyagi & The Midnite Rider in order to fraudulently win the championship. Arrogant Money def. BLK-OUT and The New Age Syndicate in a Triple Threat Ladder Match for the vacant titles
  16. Aerial Assault def. The Future Hall of Famers in a 4-Corners Elimination Match that also involved Awesome X & Arrogant Money
  17. Awesome X def. Aerial Assault for the titles in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Arrogant Money
  18. Aerial Assailt def. Awesome X for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Nemesis
  19. Aerial Assault were stripped of the titles on February 26 after having been injured by Nemesis the previous week. Nemesis def. Awesome X for the vacant titles.
  20. The Future Hall of Famers def. Bernie D & Aaron Neil, who substituted for an injured Max McGuirk, to win the titles..
  21. Bernie D was injured prior to December 17th and couldn't return to action. Tool chose Randy Price as Bernie D's replacement.
  22. The OSS won the titles from Big Business in a 4-Corners Tag Team Match that also included Aerial Assault and Cody Jones & Copycat
  23. Team Remix def. Randy Price in a Handicap Match for the titles when Bryan Cruize failed to appear for the match
  24. IZW owner Johnny Z stripped Team Remix of the titles on February 16 due to Copycat & Jones not defending within 30 days. The Birds of Prey def. Big Business and The Old School Suckas in a Triple Threat Elimination Match for the vacant titles.
  25. On July 27, 2013, it appeared that The East-West Playaz def. Impact Elite for the titles, but that decision was stricken from the records on August 10, 2013 when video evidence revealed that Team Bull had disguised themselves as The Midnite Rider & Soto Miyagi.

  27. The Sexy Camachos def. Team Bull for the titles in a Handicap Match

  35. The Wolves def. WWSB in a Triple Threat/TLC Match that also involved Nemesis. On March 26, 2016, the Wolves announced that they were renaming their team The Diamond Dogs. The Dogs vacated the titles on September 27, 2016 when Langley announced he was taking time off from wrestling.
  36. Nemesis def. BLK-OUT for the vacant titles
  37. On June 17, 2017, The Beach Bod Gods relinquished the titles upon the announcement of Ray the Bae's retirement. IZW Co-Commissioner Shawn McHale gave the titles to the Future Hall of Famers on July 22, 2017. The Future Hall of Famers renamed themselves Impact, Inc. on August 5, 2017.
