  1. Campbell def. Tyler Bateman in a tournament final to become the inaugural champion.
  2. Bateman def. Campbell for the title in a 4 Man Elimination Match that also included Dexter Hardaway and X-Cal.
  3. The Title was held up on April 15 after 2 consecutive matches between Davidson and Tyler Bateman went to inconclusive finishes. IZW General Manager Gary Tool ordered a Best-of-5 series to be held for the vacant title with each match having a different stipulation. Davidson def. Bateman in a Steel Cage match to win the series 3-2 and claim the held-up title
  4. O'Malley def. Davidson for the title in a 3-Way Elimination Match that also included Michael Faith.
  5. The title was declared vacant when O'Malley retired on October 20, 2007. Michaels def. Kenny Campbell in the finals of a tournament for the vacant title.
  6. IZW Commissioner Mike Iles returned the title to Michaels due to Kenny Campbell having used a chain to win the match.
  7. Campbell def. Michaels for the title in a No DQ Match.
  8. The Title was held up on April 26 after a match between Campbell & Dustin Heritage resulted in a double pin. Campbell def. Mitch Carter, Seth Allen, Dustin Heritage, and Jermaine Johnson in a Ladder Match to win the vacant title.
  9. Heritage def. Campbell for the title in a 5-Way Ladder Match that also included Seth Allen, Jermaine Johnson, and Randy Price.
  10. Allen def. Heritage for the title in a First Blood Match.
  11. Heritage def. Allen in a Fatal 4-Way match that also involved Dane Griffin and Kenny Campbell.
  12. Griffin def. Heritage in a Triple Threat match that also involved Ky-Ote Joe.
  13. Heritage def. Price for the title in a No DQ Match
  14. Rose def. Heritage for the title in a 5-Way Ladder Match that also included Dane Griffin, Ky-ote Joe, and Michael Barry.
  15. Wage def. Rose for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Ky-ote Joe
  16. Campbell def. Wage for the title in a Dog Collar Chain Match. The title was held up on February 12, 2011 after match between Heritage and Kenny Campbell resulted in a double pinfall. Co-Commissioner Sam Helton restored Campbell as champion on March 5 after ruling that the match was a draw and the champion should retain in those circumstances.
  17. Barry def. Campbell for the title in a 5-Way Scramble Match that also involved Dustin Heritage, Jordan Jacobs and Wage.
  18. Double D def. Michael Barry for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also featured Randy Price
  19. Michael Barry was stripped of the title on January 7 as he was unable to defend due to an injury. Logan def. Gary Tool, Randy Price, Double D and Jordan Jacobs in a 5 man elimination match for the vacant title
  20. Jacobs def. Logan for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Double D
  21. Morte def. Jacobs for the title in an Impact Rules Match.
  22. Johnson won the title from Morte in a Battle Royal. On November 10, IZW Commissioner Erica declared that all Impact Division Title defences would be held under Impact Rules.
  23. Johnson def. The Convict for the title in an Impact X Match that also involved Jordan Jacobs, Bobby Starr & Damien Morte
  24. Morte def. Johnson for the title in a TLC Match
  25. Johnny Z was apparently attacked and incapacitated by The Convict and Erica prior to his title defence on March 23. Morte def. Jermaine Johnson and Copycat in a Triple Threat/Falls Count Anywhere Match for the vacant title.
  26. Morte was involved in a car accident after the show on May 11 and stripped of the title on June 29. Gallows def. Copycat and Phoenix in a Triple Threat Ladder Match for the vacant title
  27. Gallows def. Morgan for the title in a Fatal 4-Way Match that also included Angel Camacho and O'Malley
  28. As of June 14, 2014, the stipulation that all Impact Division Title matches were held under Impact Rules was rescinded by Johnny Z.
  29. Camacho def. Price for the title in an Impact Rules Match.
  30. Gallows def. Camacho for the title in a Triple Threat/Impact Rules Match that also involved Sheepy O'Brien
  31. Jacobs def. Gallows for the title in a 5-Man Scramble Match that also included Randy Price, Sheepy O'Brien and O'Malley.
  32. Jordan Jacobs was rendered unable to compete backstage at the Halloween Hangover event on November 1st. Atticus def. Bobby Starr and Drake Gallows in a Triple Threat for the vacant title.

  35. D def. Neil for the title in a Fatal 4-Way Match that also involved Bolt Brady and Jordan Jacobs

  37. Jacobs was stripped of the title on November 7, 2016. Price def. Nathan Estrada, Angel Camacho, Casey Platinum and Jordan Jacobs in a 5-Way Scramble Match for the vacant title
