  2. O'Malley was stripped of the title on January 9, 2005 at an ACW event in Wichita Falls, TX by IZW owner John Zorthos. Neil def. O'Malley in the last round of a tournament in a Best 2 out of 3 Falls Match to win the vacant title

  8. On August 6, 2011, IZW Impact Division Champion Double D def. Johnson in a Title-vs-Title match. However, Jeff Wolfenbarger filed an injunction with the Oklahoma Athletic Commission & had the results of the Heavyweight Title Match between D and Johnson nullified, as referee Johnny Z was shown to not be impartial.

  12. D defeated Neil for the title in a Triple Threat TLC Match that also involved Jermaine Johnson
  13. After successfully defending the title against Double D on March 23, 2013 The Convict relinquished the belt to Johnny Z.
  14. D def. Z for the title in an Impact Chamber Match that also involved Damon Windsor, Brandon Bishop, Brad Michaels, Copycat, O'Malley, Striker, Randy Price, and Kevin Morgan
  15. D was stripped of the title on June 28, 2014 after he was forced out of wrestling by Impact, Inc. Tool was the final survivor in a 6-Man Tag Team/No DQ/No Countout/Elimination Match pitting Tool, Jermaine Johnson, & Damon Windsor against Johnny Z, The Bronze Bull, & Bobby Starr and won the vacant title.
  16. Z def. Tool for the title in an Impact Chamber Match that also involved Randy Price, Kevin Morgan, The Bronze Bull, Jordan Jacobs, Jermaine Johnson, Damon Windsor, Bobby Starr, and. O'Malley
  17. Johnson def. Z for the title in a Triple Threat Steel Cage Match that also involved Double D
  18. Z def. Michaels for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Jermaine Johnson
  19. Michaels def. Z for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Jermaine Johnson.
  20. Due to the controversial ending to the Monsters Bash Battle Royal at Halloween Hangover 2015, Michaels was stripped of the title prior to the IZW show on November 21, 2015. Windsor def. Johnny Z, Brad Michaels, Jermaine Johnson, Rage Logan, Nathan Estrada, Convict, Angel Camacho, and Kevin Morgan in an Impact Chamber Match for the vacant title. On February 6, 2016, it appeared that Double D had won the title, but the next week, Co-Commissioner Shawn McHale declared that title victory overturned due to video evidence that Windsor's hand was under the rope during the pinfall. The title was then returned to Windsor.

  22. Convict def. D for the title in a Triple Threat Match to also involved Jordan Jacobs
  23. Convict relinquished the title to Johnny Z
  24. IZW declared the title vacant on November 7, 2016. Neil def. Johnny Z in a tournament final for the vacant title
  25. Z def. Neil for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Kevin Morgan. On March 25, 2017, it appeared that Kevin Morgan def. Z for the title, but upon video review, it was determined that both men's shoulders were down, resulting in a double pinfall and the title change was overturned.
  26. Morgan def. Z for the title in a Lumberjack Strap Match
  27. IZW ran their last event on October 7, 2017.
