- Princess Brittani was stripped of the title by UWE President Dale Robinson for violating UWE Bylaws on May 19, 2012. Walker won the 2012 Sooner Stampede to claim the vacant title.

- Stopp won the title in a tag team match in which he teamed with UWE Champion Fuel to defeat Anarchy [2nd] & Zakk Sinizter. Because Stopp got the pinfall for the victory, he won the title.
- After Stopp won the title in the above mentioned tag team match, Zakk Sinizter was about to sign his Anytime Anywhere Contract when Anarchy took it from him, signed it, then defeated Stopp for the title.
