- 3rd Rail was issued a "Deal or No Deal" challenge by SWCW Commissioner Miss Sheila. He could either keep the Hardcore Title or give it back and work his way towards a Heavyweight Title shot. Rail relenquished the title back to Mike.

- L. J. McDaniels vacated the title on June 29, 2013, citing a lack of competition. Sadat def. SWCW All-American Champion Brock Landers in a Casket Match for the vacant title.
- Sadat was stripped of the title on July 20 by Acting Commissioner Chris Kuhn. Sadat regained the title by winning a one-night tournament, defeating SWCW All-American Champion Brock Landers in the finals.
