  12. SWCW Commissioner Miss Sheila def. Sadat in an Underground Street Fight that was actually between Sadat & Rick Garrett. Garett incapacitated Sadat and allowed Sheila to pin him for the title.
  13. Miss Sheila vacated the title sometime prior to August 2, 2008. Sadat def. Maniacal Mike for the vacant title.
  14. Romo def. Sadat in a Triple Threat TLC Match that also included Maniacal Mike
  15. Sanchez def. Romo in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Maniacal Mike
  16. Sadat def. Sanchez in a Fatal 4-Way Barbed Wire Ring Rope Match that also involved Maniacal Mike and Damien Morte
  17. 3rd Rail was issued a "Deal or No Deal" challenge by SWCW Commissioner Miss Sheila. He could either keep the Hardcore Title or give it back and work his way towards a Heavyweight Title shot. Rail relenquished the title back to Mike.
  18. On March 6, 2010, acting commissioner Shawn McKeaigg reinstated the 24/7 rule for this title.
  19. Sanchez was stripped of the title on July 10, 2010 for participating in a post-match attack on David Kyzer. Sadat defeated Chris Chaos for the vacant title
  20. Sadat def. Kyzer for the title by taking advantage of the 24/7 rule
  21. Sanchez def. Sadat for the title in a 6 Sides of Sickness Match
  22. Russo def. Morte for the title by winning a Hardcore Battle Royal
  23. Kareem Sadat was not cleared for competition due to injury and was told that if he stepped foot in the SWCW ring, he would be fired. Prior to the Hardcore title defence, he came out and threw the belt in the ring, essentially vacating it. McDaniels def. Maniac Mike, Rick Russo, Chris Chaos & Crossfire Morrison in a 5-way Match for the title
  24. Se7en def. Sadat for the title in a 9-Man Ladder match where all the SWCW Titles were on the line. Other competitors in the match include Crossfire Morrison, Kevin James Sanchez, Maniac Mike, Rick Russo, Drake Gallows, SWCW All-American Champion Bobby Star and SWCW Champion John E. Stone
  25. Stone won the title in a Hardcore Battle Royal.
  26. Stone def. Sadat for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Rick Russo.
  27. Kyzer pinned Sadat during an 8-Man tag team match and became champion due to the 24/7 rule.
  28. Gallows def. Sadat for the title in the finals of the Crisstopher Crow Memorial Cup Tournament in a Barbed Wire Casket Match.
  29. After Gallows lost the title to O'Brien in a scheduled match, he took advantage of the 24/7 rule and reclaimed the title.
  30. Sadat won the title from Morrison in a Battle Royal.
  31. Russo pinned Sadat during a Hardcore Tag Team Match pitting the Franchise Players against the Brothers of Hardcore.
  32. Sadat took advantage of the 24/7 Rule and pinned Russo on the outside of the ring after a Hardcore Tag Team Match
  33. Russo def. Sadat for the titles in a 3-out-of-5 Falls Match
  34. Sadat defeated Russo for the title during a SWCW Tag Team Title match while Sadat was disguised as Death Row member Blade.
  35. Russo def. Sadat for the title in a 6-Man Battle Royal.
  36. Landers def. Sadat for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved SWCW Champion Rick Russo.
  37. Mike def. Sadat for the title in a Battle Royal
  38. The title was vacated when Kareem Sadat retired from active competition on April 27, 2013 and became SWCW Commissioner. McDaniels def. Kareem Sadat for the vacant title.
  39. L. J. McDaniels vacated the title on June 29, 2013, citing a lack of competition. Sadat def. SWCW All-American Champion Brock Landers in a Casket Match for the vacant title.
  40. Sadat was stripped of the title on July 20 by Acting Commissioner Chris Kuhn. Sadat regained the title by winning a one-night tournament, defeating SWCW All-American Champion Brock Landers in the finals.
  41. Mike def. Sadat for the title under the 24/7 rules while Sadat was competing in a Title vs. Title Match against SWCW Champion Rick Russo.
