  3. The title was held up after August 5, 1995 when Devlin Blanchard pinned T. J. Steel in tag team match where Steel's title was on the line. Referee Doug McCoy declared that Blanchard did not meet the minimum weight limit for the title, so it was held up. Annihilator def. T. J. Steel for the title in a match where Silverado was handcuffed to Steve Hartley.
