  8. Princess Brittani was stripped of the title by UWE President Dale Robinson for violating UWE Bylaws on May 19, 2012. Walker won the 2012 Sooner Stampede to claim the vacant title.
  9. Anarchy def. Walker for the title in a Fatal 4-Way Match that also included Tim Rockwell and Fuel
  10. Cross def. Anarchy for the title in a 60-minute Iron Man Match.
  11. Fuel def. Rockwell for the title in a Steel Cage Match.
  12. Stopp won the title in a tag team match in which he teamed with UWE Champion Fuel to defeat Anarchy [2nd] & Zakk Sinizter. Because Stopp got the pinfall for the victory, he won the title.
  13. After Stopp won the title in the above mentioned tag team match, Zakk Sinizter was about to sign his Anytime Anywhere Contract when Anarchy took it from him, signed it, then defeated Stopp for the title.

  3. Princess Brittani stripped Walker of his 1/2 of the tag team titles and gave it to Martinez.
  4. It was announced on August 27, 2011 that Taylor & Martinez had been stripped of the titles due to not defending within the 30-Day time limit. Dynamic Storm def. Keith Knight & X-Stat!k in a Tournament Final for the vacant titles.
  5. The Static Knights def. Dynamic Storm for the titles in a 3 Stages Of Chaos Match
  6. Nasty Swag def. The Static Knights in a match with a stipulation that if Swag lost, their would have been fired from UWE.
  7. On August 10, 2013, Nasty Swag was stripped of the titles by UWE President Dale Robinson due to Ace Archuleta being accused of conduct unbecoming a champion and being suspended from UWE. Nasty Swag def. The K. C. Wolves (Luke Langley & Graham Bell) for the vacant titles. Lee originally was scheduled to have a mystery partner, but the match began as a Handicap Match with no partner for Lee. After attempted run-ins by Thunder #2 and Thunder #3, Thunder #4 came in and began partnering with Lee. After winning the match, Thunder #4 unmasked and revealed himself as Ace Archuleta.
  8. The K. C. Wolves def. Nasty Swag for the titles in a Table, Ladders & Chairs Match
  9. Benjamin & Jones def. A. C. Slaughter for the titles in a Triple Threat Match that also included Omega X (Brett Stopp & X-Static). They officially adopted the name of The Brotherhood on November 15, 2014.
  10. The Rising def. The Brotherhood for the titles in a Fatal 4-Way match that also included The Bash Brothers (Trey Cole & Ethan Cole) & The Loaded Guns (Jon Cross & Brandon Walker)
  11. Cassidy & Abel def. Cross for the titles in a Handicap Match. On December 10, 2016 The Initiative announced that Brian Breaker, Dimitri Alexandrov, Riker, Brett Irons, & Brandon Walker were also recognized as champions and any combination of the group could defend the titles at any time.
  12. On August 19, 2017, it was announced that the tag team titles had been stripped from Dynamic Shields, due to Justin Dynamic no-showing two consecutive events. Smooth & Sinizter def. Legion (Rob Cabella & Samedi), Space Age (Paul Puertorico & Aeronaut), Shawn Shields & Christopher Dean, Trent Jett & Clint Cassidy, and Sam Stackhouse & Steven Cruze in a Tag Team Turmoil Match for the vacant titles.
  13. Smooth & Sinizter were stripped of the titles on April 28, 2018 after Sinizter was injured the previous month and was unable to defend the titles. Puertorico & Cruze def. Tenacious S-n-D (Sam Stackhouse & Drake Gallows) for the vacant titles.
  14. Tenacious S-n-D def. The Galaxy Cruzers for the titles in a Tornado Rules/No DQ Match.
  15. On March 30, 2019, Tenacious S-n-D were stripped of the titles because Drake failed to show up to defend them on 2 consecutive shows. Simply the Future def. The Proclamation (Ethan Cole & Reed) in a tournament final for the vacant titles.
  16. Slice & Kill def. The Proclamation for the titles in a Triple Threat match that also included Tommy Dean & Elijah Sparks.
  17. UWE announced on September 11, 2021 that Slice & Kill was forced to vacate the titles due to the rules by Oklahoma State Athletic Commission that men and women cannot compete against each other. The Black Flag Brigade def. Most Wanted (Dan Webber & Reese) for the vacant titles.
  18. Brett Irons was forced to vacate his half of the titles due to injury sometime prior to October 14, 2022. Anarchy [2nd] was allowed to pick his new partner, and chose The Mercenary.
  19. The titles were vacated on January 18, 2023 after Anarchy [2nd] broke his leg the previous Saturday at a UWE event and was unable to defend the titles while recovering. Southern Aristocracy def. Romeo Reese & Cappuccino Jones in a Tournament final for the vacant titles
  20. Blag Flag Rising def. Sweetness for the titles in a 4-Corners Tag Team Match that also involved Southern Aristocracy and Seth Daniels & Brandon Warhawk

  5. Royal was stripped of the title for failure to appear for a title defense on July 10, 2021. Dean def. Wesley Crane and Mr. Nasty in a Triple Threat Match for the vacant title.
  6. Koko def. Dean for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Alex Royal
  7. Fuel def. Koko for the UWE Title and the UWE Apex Title in the same match
  8. Fuel gave Mr. Nasty the title, citing a UWE by-law that states any double champion may relinquish one of their titles to anyone if they so choose.
  9. Fox def. Nasty for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Rush Freeman
  10. Payne def. Killbane for the title in a 6-person Battle Royal

  5. Fury had the title returned to him by UWE President Dale Robinson when he produced a copy of his contract, stating that he could not be stripped of the title if he was not medically cleared to compete.
  6. Mercenary def. Fury for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Jon Cross
  7. Storm def. Dynamic for the title in a 2 out of 3 Falls Match
  8. Made def. Rockwell for the title in a Fatal 4-Way Match that also included Robert Lee and Fuel
