  2. Ichiban unmasked on May 9, 2003 and revealed himself as Rocco Valentino.
  3. Outcast was stripped of the title on February 20, 2004 for failure to defend within 30 days. Contreras won the Oklahoma Stampede to capture the vacant title.
  4. Faith def. Dalton in a Triple Threat Match that also included Karl Davis.
  5. All TPW titles were declared vacant by the new owners of the company on July 12, 2005. Contreras def. Devil Man, Mitch Carter, and Sudden Impact in a Gauntlet Match for the vacant title.
  6. Davis def. Contreras in a Fatal 4-Way Match that also included Draven Cross and TPW Oklahoma Champion Anthony Jackson.
  7. York def. Davis in a Title Unification Match to unify the title with the TPW Light Heavyweight Title.
  8. TPW shut down on May 13, 2006.

  1. The Heatseekers def. Romero Contreras in a Handicap Match tournament final to become the inaugural champions.
  2. Lakewood & Dalton were stripped of the titles on February 27, 2004 for failure within 30 days. Jackson & Impact were the last 2 men in a 13-Man Battle Royal and were declared the new Tag Team Champions. Later, they named their team Sexy Bologna.
  3. Jackson was forced to retire after this match as a result of a pre-match stipulation.
  4. All TPW titles were declared vacant by the new owners of the company on July 12, 2005. The Forsaken def. New Canada (AWOL & Jon Davis) for the vacant titles.
  5. Halo suffered a head injury that prevented him from competing for a prolonged period of time and Faith was allowed to choose Lee as his new partner.
  6. By virtue of winning the Oklahoma Stampede, TPW Oklahoma Champion Romero Contreras won the right to challenge for any title he wanted. He chose to challenge TPW Tag Team Champions Sexy Bologna and was allowed to pick anyone as his parter. Romero ended up chosing TPW Tag Team Champion Anthony Jackson, resulting in a modified 3-Way Dance, which ended with Anthony Jackson tapping out to himself. TPW Commissioner Kitty declared all 3 wrestlers as co-holders of the TPW Tag Team Titles.
  7. Sexy Bologna & Romero Contreras all competed in a Triple Threat Match. Sudden Impact pinned Romero, forcing Romero to forfeit his 1/3 of the Tag Team Titles. TPW shut down on May 13, 2006.

  3. Shadow Of Death vacated the title on August 20, 2004 citing a lack of competition. The title was then abandoned.
