  2. On May 22, 2009, Tim Rockwell announced a merger between Texas, Inc. & The Texas Outlaws. He also said that, with the formation of Texas Outlaws, Inc., any 2 of the 4 members could defend the titles.
  3. The Mexecutioners were stripped of the titles on May 8, 2010 for failure to defend within 60 days. EP def. X-Rated (Bobby Star & Kevin James Sanchez) and Steven Sterling & Angel Skycall in a Triple Threat/Elimination Match for the vacant titles. On July 17, 2010, EP's manager, Mike Iles, announced that they were invoking the "Freebird Rule", where any 2 members of the faction could defend the title. TAP ran it's last event on January 15, 2011.

  3. Richie Adams vacated the title July 17, 2010 due to an injury. Kyzer won a 13-man Battle Royal to determine the new champion.
  4. Ignition def. Kyzer for the title in a Fatal 4-Way match that also involved Richie Adams and The Greatest American Bolo. TAP ran it's last event on January 15, 2011.
