  3. The title was declared inactive on September 25, 2008 due to a lack of competition in the state. On July 21, 2012, McDaniels was awarded the title by SWCW Commissioner Chris Kuhn. The title was declared vacant when McDaniels was fired from SWCW on August 18, 2012.

  1. Texas, Inc. won a Tag Team Battle Royal to become the inaugural champions.
  2. SWCW Commissioner Mike Iles stripped Texas Inc. of the titles on September 29, 2007 and named Lapointe & Dalton as new champions.
  3. The titles were declared vacant by new SWCW Management on November 5, 2007. X-Rated def. Nemesis for the vacant titles.
  4. X-Rated def. Death Row in the 1st half of a 2 Stages Of Hell Match, which was a regular tag team match.
  5. Nemesis def. X-Rated in the 2nd half of a 2 Stages Of Hell Match, which was a Tables Match
  6. X-Rated def. Nemesis in an I Quit Match for the titles
  7. Kevin Morgan def. Xavior & Outlaw in a Handicap where both shares of the Tag Team Title as well as Outlaw's career were on the line. Kareem Sadat came to help Morgan, and after Morgan pinned Outlaw, he and Sadat were crowned the new SWCW Tag Team Champions.
  8. Morgan & Sadat were stripped of the belts on January 3, 2009 due to Sadat not originally being part of the match. Barnes & Moonshine def. Tyson Jaymes & Spur the Clown for the vacant titles
  9. The Good Ol' Boys regained the titles when Team SWCW def. Nemesis in a No DQ Elimination Match for total control of the company.
  10. The South Side Soul Assassins returned the Tag Team Titles to the Good Ol' Boys as part of 3rd Rail's "Deal or No Deal" quest for the Heavyweight Title.
  11. Crow & Sanchez won the belts in a 6-team Elimnation/Ladder Match. Rules were that when a person was pinned, they were eliminated, but their partner would continue until he was eliminated. The final 5 people competed in the Ladder portion and whichever 2 grabbed the belts became the champions. The teams that competed included The Good Ol' Boys, X-Rated, Nemesis, Locked & Loaded, David Kyzer & SWCW Luchadore Champion Se7en and Kareem Sadat & SWCW Hardcore Champion Maniac Mike.
  12. Prior to the match, Russo declared that he and Ryan Reyes were no longer partners and he would defend the tag team titles on his own. X-Rated defeated Russo for the tag team titles in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Kareem Sadat & Shane Sanchez
  13. Bleach, Ink def. Sanchez & Mike in a 4-Corners Elimination Match that also included the teams of Crisstopher Crow & Se7en and Death Row 1st & Kevin James Sanchez.
  14. The titles were held up on December 11 following a match between Bleach, Ink & Nemesis (Crisstopher Crow & Xavior) when Bleach, Ink got DQed. The South Side Soul Assassins def. The Hardcore Connection (Maniac Mike & Ryan Styles) for the vacant titles.
  15. Team S. T. K. were stripped of the titles at the October 1st show when Brandon Moxley failed to show up and defend them. Sanchez & Sadat won the titles in a 9-Man Ladder match where all the SWCW Titles were on the line. Other competitors in the match include Crossfire Morrison, Maniac Mike, Se7en, Rick Russo, Drake Gallows, SWCW All-American Champion Bobby Star and SWCW Champion John E. Stone.
  16. Sanchez & Sadat never got along as champions to begin with and each chose partners to hold the titles with. X-Rated def. Sadat & SWCW Champion Maniac Mike for control of the titles.
  17. On December 1, SWCW Commissioner Chris Kuhn stripped the Franchise Players of the titles due to excessive physical activity against SWCW Referee Richard Fitzwell as well as Kuhn himself. The Brothers of Hardcore, disguised as Death Row, defeated The Franchise Players in a Ladder Match for the vacant titles.
  18. The Sharpes defeated Team Cheyenne for the titles in a Titles-vs-Hair match

  14. Romo def. Sadat in a Triple Threat TLC Match that also included Maniacal Mike

  17. 3rd Rail was issued a "Deal or No Deal" challenge by SWCW Commissioner Miss Sheila. He could either keep the Hardcore Title or give it back and work his way towards a Heavyweight Title shot. Rail relenquished the title back to Mike.
  18. On March 6, 2010, acting commissioner Shawn McKeaigg reinstated the 24/7 rule for this title.

  39. L. J. McDaniels vacated the title on June 29, 2013, citing a lack of competition. Sadat def. SWCW All-American Champion Brock Landers in a Casket Match for the vacant title.
  40. Sadat was stripped of the title on July 20 by Acting Commissioner Chris Kuhn. Sadat regained the title by winning a one-night tournament, defeating SWCW All-American Champion Brock Landers in the finals.

  5. On July 23, 2011, the SWCW All-American title was held up after being defended in a Battle Royal when the last two men in the match, Drake Gallows & Kevin James Sanchez, were eliminated and hit the floor simultaneously. Gallows def. Sanchez for the title at a later show.
  6. Gallows & Star were 2 of the competitors in a 9-man Ladder Match where all the titles were on the line. They both grabbed the briefcase with the All-American title in it and simultaneously landed in the ring. SWCW Commissioner L. J. McDaniels was unable to determine a clear possessor of the briefcase and ruled that both men would be co-champions.
  7. Gallows def. Bobby Star in a Clockwork Orange House Of Fun Match to become sole claimant to the title.
  8. Stone def. Gallows for the title in a Lumberjack Chair Match
  9. Sanchez def. Stone for the title in a Career-vs-Career/Stairway To Hell Match.
  10. Tacious def. Sanchez for the title in a Ladder Match where the SWCW Title was also on the line.
