  3. Valentino was stripped of the title for conduct unbecoming a champion on March 2, 2003. Dalton def. Brandon Groom for the vacant title.
  4. Dalton was stripped of the title on September 27, 2003 for failure to defend the title within 30 days. Groom def. Slater Vain in a 2 Out Of 3 Falls Match for the vacant title.
  5. Lapointe defeated Groom in the final match of a 3 Man Gauntlet. Groom had already defeated Jack McCabe and Kenny Campbell earlier.
  6. Morbid defeated Sydal in a No DQ Match
  7. Burns def. Morbid in a Barbed Wire Bullrope Match. SRPW closed down on August 4, 2006.
  8. SRPW reactivated on June 11, 2011 when MERC chose the name in an effort to rebrand itself and Burns was reinstituted as Champion.
  9. O'Brien def. Burns for the title in a Texas Bullrope Mstch
  10. Krazy def. Stackhouse for the title in a Russian Roulette Tables Match, ending the Best-of-5 Series between them.
  11. Stackhouse def. Martinez for the title in a Hardcore Match.
  12. Stackhouse def. Warhammer for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Cody Burns
  13. Burns def. Stackouse for the title in a Submission Match.
  14. Cross def. Riker in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Mr. Nasty.
  15. Nasty was stripped of the title sometime before April 30, 2015 after he left the company. Martinez def. Spyder in a Fans Bring the Weapons Match to win the vacant title.
  16. Sawyer def. Martinez for the title in a Lockdown Match that also featured Karnage, Bill Black, Brandon Groom, Christopher Dean, Father Padge, Ryan James, Cody Burns and SRPW United States Champion Spyder.

  2. Northern Threat def. X-Cal in a Handicap Match
  3. St. James & Renegade were stripped of the titles on January 30, 2004 after not defending for 30 days due to the team splitting up. The titles lay dormant until the spring of 2005, when there was tournament to crown new Tag Team Champions. The 918 Boyz def. The New Texas Outlaws (Bernard Funk & Renegade) in the finals of that tournament for the vacant titles.
  4. Austin Idle suffered a foot injury that prevented him from competing and Beau was allowed to choose Bobby as his new partner.
  5. The Daltons def. Smash in an impromptu Handicap/Texas Death Match to win the titles. SRPW closed down on Aug 4, 2006.
  6. SRPW reactivated on June 11, 2011 when MERC chose the name in an effort to rebrand itself The Ring Intruders were the last MERC Tag Team Champions and became the intial SRPW Tag Team Champions in their revival.
  7. Big Smooth was unable to defend his half of the tag team titles due to having his thumb broken the month before by the Clockwork Clique. The Jersey Kings defeated Pork Chop & Shane Cortez for the titles in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match that also involved The Clockwork Clique (Bobby Star & Sam Stackhouse).
  8. The Jersey Kings were stripped of the titles by SRPW Commissioner Robbie Awesome due to injury. Stackhouse & Morrison def. Kolby Wolfe & Kid Krazy for the vacant titles.
  9. The Wolves def. O'Brien for the titles in a Handicap Match.
  10. B-Arthur stripped the K. C. Wolves of the titles on March 9th and proclaimed himself Tag Team Champions.
  11. B-Arthur declared that the winner of a match between the Golden Alliance and Sam Stackhouse & Bobby Burns would take control of his tag team titles.
  12. Psycho Sawyer was ambushed by 2 unknown assailants outside DUDES gym a few days prior to the event and rendered unable to compete. Martinez & Toops def. Burns & Sam Stackhouse, substituting for the injured Sawyer, for the titles in a Lumberjack Strap/Title-vs-Title/Jabenero Pepper Match where Martinez's SRPW Title was also on the line.
  13. Mapleleaf & J. B. def. Keebler and Diamond, who was substituting for an injured Chief Mike.
  14. The Bash Brothers def. SRPW Tag Team Champions The Rising in a No Holds Barred/Fall Count Anywhere/Chicago Street Fight for the titles
  15. On June 6, 2015, Sawyer relinquished the Tag Team Titles on behalf of himself and Cody Burns, due to Burns having to leave SRPW for a prolonged family situation. The Pen Palz def. The Supremacy (Luke Grayson & Bill Black) for the vacant titles.
  16. The Pen Palz were stripped of the titles on June 5, 2016 for failure to defend them since winning the titles.

  2. Carter was supposed to defend the title against Sonny C, but commissioner Ray Martinez hit Carter in the head with the belt and tried to give Sonny the belt, but Sonny refused it. Martinez then proclaimed himself champion
  3. Ray Martinez put the title up for grabs in the match between Beau Dalton & Cpl. James Warbois.
  4. Dalton gave Martinez back the title shortly after winning it. SRPW closed down on Aug 4, 2006.

  8. In a Tag Team Match pitting Sanchez & Morbid against Codie Mullins & Pork Chop, all pinfalls during the time allotted in the match resulted in a Hardcore Title change. Morbid pinned Mullins.
  9. In the same Tag Team Match listed above, Mullins pinned Morbid.
  10. Hardaway took advantage of the 24/7 rule during the Tag Team Match listed above.

  3. After losing the belt to Khaos, Martinez challenged Khaos to an immediate rematch under the same stipulations. Khaos agreed. Martinez def. Khaos in a No DQ match with special guest referee Anarchy 2nd.
  4. Everlast def. J. B. in a 6-Person Lockdown Match that also involved Ray Martinez, Robbie Awesome, Khaos and Anarchy 2nd.
  5. Majestic def. Burns for the title in a No DQ match
  6. Ray Martinez used his lawyer to force Majestic to surrender the US Title to MHM, Inc., based on Majestic's actions at the previous SRPW event. The title was declared property of MHM, Inc. and co-defended by all 3 members.
  7. Paul Puertorico was stripped of the title on November 22, 2014 due to not defending it in a 30-day period. Diamond def. Matt Majestic for the vacant title.
  8. On October 23, 2015, Nasty vacated the US title in exchange for receiving an opportunity for the SRPW Title on November 13th. Osburn def. Spike for the vacant title
  9. Cole was stripped of the title when he left SRPW prior to their March 26, 2016 event. Spyder def. Lucid for the vacant title
  10. Sawyer def. Spyder for the title in a Lockdown Match that also featured Karnage, Bill Black, Brandon Groom, Christopher Dean, Father Padge, Ryan James, Cody Burns and SRPW Champion Ray Martinez
