  1. It's unknown how the New York Express acquired these titles. They were introduced as champions at the OECW event in Wichita Falls, TX on September 13, 2008.
  2. In May 2009, OECW owner Martin Justice declared all OECW Titles vacant when he moved to Michigan. It's unknown how the Syndicate regained the titles.
  3. It is unclear who NYE defeated for the titles or exactly when they came into possession of the titles.
  4. This match took place at a Compound Pro Wrestling event in Tulsa. On September 7, 2014, OECW owner Martin Justice announced that the title match in which Spanish Wolf defeated The New York Express for the titles was not sanctioned by OECW and Spanish Wolf was not recognized as champions. He also announced that NYE would be banned from OECW for one year.
  5. The New York Express threatened legal action against ComPro, forcing commissioner Mike Iles to return the titles.
  6. The BoM unified the ComPro and OECW Tag Titles in a Fatal 4-Way match held under Lucha Rules that also involved The Saints of Pro Wrestling (Scott Sanders & Shawn Sanders) and Spanish Wolf (Nathan Estrada & Michael Wolf).

  1. Justice def. Jeff Knight in a No Holds Barred Match to become the inaugural champion.
  2. In May 2009, OECW owner Martin Justice declared all titles vacant when he relocated to Michigan. Justice def. Jeff Knight for the vacant title. The title was renamed the OECW Northern Championship as of July 16, but some time before March, 2011, it once again became the Southwestern Title.
