  1. Vanessa was the last OPW Oklahoma Women's Champion and thus was the inaugural OCW Oklahoma Women's Champion.
  2. Vanessa abandoned the title and leaves OCW sometime after her last match on 2-10-02. Summer won the vacant title by defeating Amanda St. George.
  3. Summer Rain vacated the title due to pregnancy. Russelina won the vacant title by defeating Jenna Love. During this title reign, Russelina the Ballerina was renamed Manservant. Oklahoma Championship Wrestling was renamed Tornado Pro Wrestling on March 7, 2003.

  3. Moore & Davis defeated Jackson in a Handicap Match because Lakewood was unavailable
  4. During this reign, Hansen changed his name to Halo and the team was renamed The Forsaken. Titles stripped January 25, 2003. Oklahoma Championship Wrestling was renamed Tornado Pro Wrestling March 7, 2003.
