  1. O'Malley was the last NWA-OK Oklahoma Heavyweight Champion and thus was the inaugural NWA-U Oklahoma Heavyweight Champion.
  2. Valentino defeated O'Malley in a match in which Valentino's manager Charming Charles was handcuffed to Justin Lee
  3. O'Malley defeated Valentino in a No DQ/Falls Count Anywhere Match.
  4. John O'Malley was stripped of the title on November 29, 2006 when he was released from NWA-U due to "creative differences". Shady won a Sooner Stampede to capture the vacant title. On April 27, NWA Texas Champion Chaz Taylor def. Shady in a Title vs. Title match at an NWA Pro event in San Antonio, TX, but that decision was not recognized as official by the NWA-U board. NWA-U ran its last Oklahoma event on May 19, 2007

  1. Mass Destruction defeated Texas, Inc. (Bernard Funk & Tim Rockwell) and The Devil's Rejects (Shawn Barton & Greg Symmonds) in a Triple Threat/Tables, Ladders & Chairs/Elimination Match to become the inaugural champions.
  2. Bash relinquished his half of the titles when he suffered a fractured hand on February 24, 2007. Spoiler 2000 was forced to either defend the titles himself or choose a replacement partner. He chose The Bounty Hunter as Bash's replacement.
  3. NWA-U ran their last Oklahoma event on May 19, 2007.

  1. Fox proclaimed himself the 1st champion.
  2. Shortly after proclaiming himself champion, Fox laid down in the ring and Valentino's manager Charming Charles went out into the crowd and brought a fan into the ring to count 3 as Valentino covered Fox.
  3. This was a NO DQ Match with Dexter Hardaway serving as special guest referee. NWA-U ran thier last Oklahoma event on May 19, 2007.

  1. Groom & Anarchy defeated John O'Malley & Scotty Charisma and The New Texas Outlaws (Bernard Funk & Renegade) in a Triple Threat Elimination Match to become the inaugural champions. Titles stripped sometime between September 2005 and May 2006 while the company was on hiatus.

  1. Hardaway was the last NWA-OK X Division Champion and thus was the inaugural NWA-U X Division Champion, although he was stripped during the first show under the NWA Universal name when he failed to appear for a mandatory title defense.
  2. Gram won a 4-Corners/4-Weapons/4-Poles Elimination Match over Big Daddy Dominator, The Specialist and Renegade to claim the vacant title.
  3. Morbid won the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included The Canadian Red Devil
  4. NWA-U ran their last Oklahoma show on May 19, 2007.
