Rockwell def. Blake Albright in the finals of a tournament to become the inaugural champion. Albright def. Rockwell in a Triple Threat Bullrope Match that also involved Max McGuirk Starchild def. Barry for the title in a Steel Cage match with Max McGuirk as the special referee Jack Legacy was stripped of the title on May 6, 2011, due to being injured and unable to defend the belt. Starchild won a 10-Man Battle Royal for the vacant title. MWA ran their last event on November 9, 2011.

The Old School Express in a Capture the Flag Match Boris Saarikoski was deported back to Russia after losing a match to Angel 5th on December 4, 2010, causing Stevie Caballero to be put in physical harm's way. Caballero chose Cothern as Saarikoski's replacement. Bad Bromance def. Dutch Hagen & Stevie Caballero, who was forced to replace the absent Joe Cothern, for the titles. MWA ran their last event on November 9, 2011.
