  1. There may be several undocumented champions between Dark Angel and Slash.
  2. The Title had been declared vacant in January of 2005. Williams defeated 3rd Rail and Halo in a Triple Threat Match for the vacant title.
  3. Tommy D & The Forsaken defeated The Oklahoma Bad Boys & Angel Williams in a 6-man Tag Team Match. As result of a pre-match stipulation, Tommy won the belt after Williams turned on his team.
  4. Tommy D gave Williams back the belt after winning it.
  5. Outlaw defeated Williams in a No Holds Barred Match
  6. Faith was stripped of the title on February 12, 2006 for failure to defend within 30 days. Williams won a Battle Royal for the vacant title.
  7. Michaels defeated Davidson for the title in a No DQ Match. On August 11, Nathan Sensation def. Brad Michaels at an IZW show in a match announced as being for the MSWA Mid-South title. The following week, on August 18, John O'Malley def. Sensation for the title. However, John Zorthos came out afterwards and announced that neither match had been sanctioned by MSWA and therefore the title changes were invalid and Brad Michaels was still the champion.
  8. Brad Michaels was stripped of the title on September 8, 2007 for failing to appear and defend. Farat won a 15-man Battle Royal to win the vacant title.
  9. The title history becomes unclear here. It's unknown how or when Angel loses the title.
  10. Lee is the earliest documented champion, although how or when he came into possession of the belt is unknown.
  11. Striker def. Farat in a Blindfold Match for the title
  12. The title was vacated on March 6, 2011 when Impact, Inc. lost a Loser Leaves Town Match to Awesome X & Double D. Double D def. Kevin Morgan, 3rd Rail and Xavior in a 4-Way Elimination Match for the vacant title.
  13. It was announced on June 11 that Shawn McKeaigg had fired Double D and the title was vacated. 3rd Rail def. Tim Rockwell in a tournament final for the vacant title.
  14. All MSWA Titles were declared vacant on April 15, 2012. Logan def. Kyle Kelly for the vacant title.
  15. Rage Logan was incapacitated by Impact, Inc. on July 8. Johnny Z claimed the title belt and MSWA Commissioner Erica attempted to proclaim him MSWA Champion on August 19th, but was interrupted before that could be concluded. MSWA Owner Bad Boy demanded that Johnny face Double D on August 5th to determine a true champion.

  17. Windsor def. Z in a Casket Match for the title
  18. Windsor vacated the title when he left MSWA on May 4. Russo def. Les Mayne and Larry Canyunga in a Triple Threat Match by forfeit for the vacant title
  19. Mayne def. Russo for the title in a Dog Collar Chain Match.
  20. On April 3, 2015, Mayne was stripped of the title after his retirement was announced. Gallows def. Rick Russo in a No DQ/Lumberjack Match to win a Tournament for the vacant title
  21. Barnes def. Gallows for the title in a No DQ Match
  22. Mr. Barnes was forced to relinquish the title due to medical issues on Dec 16, 2016. Cherry def. Scott Sanders for the vacant title in a Bullrope Match.
  23. Mahalli def. Cherry for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved C. J. Ward
  24. Ward def. Mahalli for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Drake Gallows
  25. Gates def. Xavior for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included C. J. Ward
  26. On January 1, 2020, all MSWA titles were declared vacant.

  2. The Real Impact Players defeated Cruize Control in a Triple Threat Match that also included The Sanchez Brothers (Jason Sanchez & Shane Sanchez)
  3. Cruize & Viper had a falling out and each chose a different tag team partner for a match to determine who would get the Tag Team titles. That match ended in a No-Contest and the titles were held up. The Forsaken & Tommy D defeated The Oklahoma Bad Boys & Angel Williams in a 6-Man Tag Team Match. As a result of a pre-match stipulation, The Forsaken won the vacant Tag Team Titles.
  4. The Real Impact Players def. The Red Dirt Outlaws in a 4-Corners Elimination Match that also involved The Patriots and Al Farat & Slash.
  5. The House of Strange defeated Aaron Neil & Kevin James, substituting for Se7en.
  6. The Patriots defeated Aaron Neil & Alexander Lucas, substituting for Se7en.
  7. Glen Steel was attacked prior to the show and injured. Bad Boy chose Outlaw to defend the titles with. When Glen was unable to return to action for a prolonged amount of time, Outlaw took over his half of the championship.
  8. Garrett & Eli are the earliest documented tag team champions. It's unknown when or how they lost the belts.
  9. T. M. S. def. The Forsaken & Crisstopher Crow in a 6-man Tag Team Match where the titles were on the line. Due to a pre-match stipulation, all 3 members of T. M. S. were recognised as co-champions.
  10. Joe & Seeka were stripped of the belts two weeks after winning them when it was determined that outside interference had allowed them to win. Aerial Assault def. T. M. S. and Impact, Inc. in a No DQ/Triple Threat tournament final to win the vacant titles.
  11. Aerial Assault were stripped of the belts on March 21, 2010 after not defending them for 30 days. Greatness On Demand def. The New Age Syndicate (Shawn Sanders & Scott Sanders) and 3rd Rail & The Canadian Red Devil in a Triple Threat Elimination Match for the vacant titles.
  12. All MSWA titles were declared vacant on April 15, 2012. Morte & Windsor def. Mexi-Canada (El Maximo & The Canadian Red Devil) in a tournament final for the vacant titles.
  13. Nemesis disguised themselves as Soto Miyagi & The Midnite Rider and revealed themselves after winning the titles.
  14. MSWA Commissioner Erica stripped Nemesis of the titles and returned them to Impact, Inc. due to Morte & Windsor's deception of disguising themselves as The Midnite Rider & Soto Miyagi.
  15. The Syndicate def. Impact, Inc. in a match where the DQ rule was waived.
  16. Impact, Inc. def. Shawn Sanders & Tyson Jaymes, who was substituting for Scott Sanders.
  17. The Syndicate def. Impact, Inc. for the titles in a Tables Match.
  18. What Wrestling Should Be def. The Syndicate for the title in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match
  19. The K. C. Wolves were stripped of the titles on April 24, 2015 because they were unable to fulfill their contractual obligations as champions. Russo & RagnaBrok def. The Saints of Pro Wrestling (Scott Sanders & Shawn Sanders) and The Full-Blooded Latinos (Paul Puertorico & Vinnie Pacheco) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match for the vacant titles.
  20. Russo and RagnaBrok were stripped of the titles on September 25, 2015 after RagnaBrok was suspended by the Oklahoma Athletic Commission due to violating their rules at an event on September 13, 2015 and Russo suffered serious injuries which made him incapable of competing on September 11, 2015. The Creepsters def. The Saints of Pro Wrestling, The Mid South Express, and Simply the Future for the vacant titles
  21. Upon winning the titles, the Saints invoked the Freebird rule, allowing all 3 members to be recognised as champions.
  22. The Saints def. Cursed in a 3 on 2 Handicap Match
  23. A'Teo def. The Saints in a 3 on 1 Handicap Match
  24. Nytronis A'Teo was stripped of the titles because he refused to pick a partner to defend them with. The Cub Scouts def. The Cursed (Blade [2nd] & Kuda) and The Saints of Pro Wrestling (Scott Sanders & Shawn Sanders) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match for the vacant titles.
  25. On December 29, 2017, the titles were declared vacant due to an injury suffered by O’Malley. Team Boner def. V.A.N.G.O.H. (Killer Cross & Korvin Sage) for the vacant titles. On January 1, 2020, all MSWA Titles were declared vacant.

  6. Mascara La Parka was stripped of the title when he was unable to defend it at the June 3rd event. Ward def. Terry Pantera, Prince Mahali, Gemini, Korvin Sage and MSWA Oklahoma Champion Brock Landers in a 6-Pack Elimination Match for the vacant title.
  7. Landers def. Ward for the title in a Lumberjack Gauntlet Match that also included Prince Mahali, Mascara La Parka, Korvin Sage and Gemini
  8. After Sam won the title, Landers protested to MSWA Commissioner Adam Patrick, who agreed that Sam did not meet the weight requirement and forced him to vacate the title. Xavior (disguised as Mascara La Parka) def. Sam Stackhouse, C. J. Ward, Prince Mahalli, Korvin Sage and MSWA Oklahoma Champion Brock Landers in a 6-Way Ladder Match for the vacant title.
  9. Sage def. Xavior in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Prince Mahalli, winning the Best-of-7 Series. In this particular match, the winner was the first wrestler to score 2 falls.
  10. Gemini won a gautlet match for the title that included champion Korvin Sage, Brock Landers, Tristan Thorne, Kid Knight, Colby Black and Xavior.
  11. After Mahalli won the title, MSWA Commissioner announced that the Cruiserweight Title was being declared inactive and replaced with the MSWA Express Title

  1. This title was originally named the Tornado Pro Wrestling Oklahoma Title. Faith won the title April 8, 2006 and began defending it in MSWA on April 23, 2006. The company recognized it as the MSWA Oklahoma Title. It was not mentioned that TPW also recognized it. Faith was still champion when TPW ran its last show on May 13, 2006, and when the company shut down, it became solely an MSWA Title.
  2. Michael Faith was stripped of the championship for unknown reasons on January 6, 2007. Outlaw defeated Aaron Neil for the vacant title.
  3. Neil defeated Bateman for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Outlaw.
  4. Aaron Neil vacated the title when he retired from wrestling after August 11. Outlaw def. Kevin Morgan, Montego Seeka & Joe Herell in a 4-Way Elimination Match to win the title.
  5. Rider def. Outlaw in a Triple Threat/No DQ Match that also involved Bad Boy
  6. The Midnite Rider was stripped of the title on June 1 because there was no way to determine that the same person was competing under his mask every time. Bad Boy def. Aaron Neil and Outlaw in a Triple Threat Match for the held-up title. ,
  7. Bad Boy was stripped of the title on June 14, 2009 after failing to show up and defend the title for 2 months. Ky-Ote Joe won the vacant title by winning a Gauntlet Battle Royal.
  8. Xavior def. Morgan for the title in a No DQ Match
  9. The Oklahoma title was declared vacant on April 12, 2012. Les Mayne def. Cody Jones for the vacant title.
  10. Starr def. Jones for the title in a 4-Way Elimination Match that also involved The Canadian Red Devil and Copycat
  11. Starr def. Devil for the title in a Ladder Match.
  12. D vacated the title May 4, 2014 when he left MSWA. Spike def. Buster Cherry and Kenneth K. Kenneth in a Triple Threat Match for the vacant title.
  13. Spike was forced to vacate the title on July 3, 2015 due to injury. Mascara La Parka won a Battle Royal for the vacant title
  14. Pacheco def. Cherry for the title in a Trick Or Street Fight.
  15. Sanders def. Pacheco for the title in a No DQ Match
