However, Jeff Wolfenbarger filed an injunction with the Oklahoma Athletic Commission & had the results of the Heavyweight Title Match between D and Johnson nullified, as referee Johnny Z was shown to not be impartial.

  20. Due to the controversial ending to the Monsters Bash Battle Royal at Halloween Hangover 2015, Michaels was stripped of the title prior to the IZW show on November 21, 2015. Windsor def. Johnny Z, Brad Michaels, Jermaine Johnson, Rage Logan, Nathan Estrada, Convict, Angel Camacho, and Kevin Morgan in an Impact Chamber Match for the vacant title. On February 6, 2016, it appeared that Double D had won the title, but the next week, Co-Commissioner Shawn McHale declared that title victory overturned due to video evidence that Windsor's hand was under the rope during the pinfall. The title was then returned to Windsor.

Z for the title, but upon video review, it was determined that both men's shoulders were down, resulting in a double pinfall and the title change was overturned.

  4. Garza was stripped of the title sometime prior to July 28 when Mitch W. Carter reportedly had him deported back to Mexico. The title was never reinstated.
