  1. New Level of Heavy Metal were the Oklahoma Tag Team Champions when the company name was changed from Body Progression Pro Wrestling to Body Progression Wrestling on April 1, 2018. They originally won the titles from Los Loco Moscas (Elijah Sparks & El Greengo Loco) on September 30, 2017.
  2. Puertorico & Aeronaut def. Thrash & Jerry Storm, who substituted for Will Luminati, for the titles. Space Age would go on to invoke the “Space Age Clause”, allowing any 2 members of the team to defend the titles at any given time.
  3. Gavin Dixon/Brian Dixon & Cody Burns def. Brent & Groom. As a result of winning the titles, the Payroll also won control of the company. On March 23rd, Dixon announced that he was applying the Freebird rule to the championships and all members of the group were recognized as champion. Jerry Storm left Payroll on April 27, 2019 and forfeited his share of the title at that point. Thrash left Payroll on June 1st and forfeited his share of the title at that point. On December 28, 2019, Dixon rechristened the group The Compound. By that point, only he, Cody Burns, Stackhouse, and Bobby Burns were recognized as champions.
  4. Size Matters def. Legend Has it for the titles in a Tornado Rules Tag Team Match
  5. Size Matters forfeited the titles on September 26, 2020 when Mike Starr was unable to make a contractually obligated title defense. The Ritual def. The New Era [2nd] (Sam Stackhouse & Brawler Morrison) in the final round of a Gauntlet Match for the vacant titles.
  6. The titles were vacated sometime before January 29, 2022 when Cabella left Oklahoma. STD def. Heavyweight Grappling (Brawler Morrison & Dan Webber) in a 2-out-of-3 Falls/Steel Cage Match for the vacant titles. STD's manager Mike Andrews invoked the Freebird Rule in the 2nd fall, allowing all 3 members of STD to be recognized as champion.
  7. Heavyweight Grappling was stripped of the titles for failure to appear for title defences. Tunnel Vision def. The Natives (Brandon Warhawk & Nashoba) for the vacant titles.

  1. Jerry Dean def. Tommy Dean to become the inaugural champion. On September 1st, Jerry announced that he was officially changing his ring name to Jerry Storm.
  2. Dixon paid Spike the Silverback $300 for the title. On April 13, 2019, Dixon officially began to be introduced as Brian Dixon.
  3. Groom def. Dixon for the title in a No DQ/Title & Ownership-vs-Career Match
  4. Langley def. Groom for the title in a 5-Way/Fatal Four-Way Match that had 2 falls that also included Graham Bell, BPW Okahoma Heavweight/BPW Oklahoma Tag Team Champion. The first was the Oklahoma Title. The second was for the Lion Heart Title.
  5. Dean def. Langley for the title in a Street Fight
  6. Cole def. Dean for the title in a 3 Stages of Hell Match. The first fall was a standard wrestling match, the 2nd fall was a submission match and the 3rd fall was a No DQ/Falls Count Anywhere Match
  7. Dixon was forced to relinquish the title on January 29, 2021 when hip surgery put him out of action. Dean def. Alex Royal and Sam Stackhouse by Referee Stoppage in a Triple Threat Match for the vacant title.
  8. BPW ran its last event on April 15, 2022 then rebranded itself as Alive Wrestling Entertainment
  9. Groom was the AWE Lion Heart Champion and when that company rebranded itself back to being BPW, he was again the BPW Lion Heart Champion.
  10. Brandon Groom chose to relinquish the title because he could not defend it and the BPW Oklahoma Title at every event. But James' manager, Mike Andrews, pointed out that James was never pinned in the Triple Threat Match when he lost the Lion Heart Title, so if Groom chose to relinquish it, the BPW Rule Book stated that James would automatically regain the title
  11. Gallardo def. Jones for the title in a Briefcase-on-a-Pole Match. During the August 19th, 2023 BPW event, Gallardo was billed as El Vaquero

  10. BPW Lion Heart Champion Ethan Cole def. Powers in a Title-vs-Title match
  11. After defeating Powers for the title, Cole relinquished the title back to him.
  12. Brandon Groom vacated the title on October 17, 2020. Hefley def. Elijah Sparks, El Greengo Loco, Thrash, Urn Stokes and Bobby Joe Bristow in a 6-Pack Challenge for the vacant title
