  1. There is little information regarding title history for BCW prior to them shutting down in 2003. After reopening in 2015, Groom def. Drake Gallows in a Tournament Final for the vacant title.
  2. Mikey won title from Jaymes in a 7-Way Elimination Match that also included Korvin Sage, Dean Lambert, O'Malley, Gavin Dixon, and Double D. Mikey pinned D to win the title. Jaymes was the 3rd competitor eliminated when he was pinned by O'Malley.
  3. Burns def. Gallows for the title in a 3-Way Dance/Last Man Standing Match that also included Father Padge
  4. Stackhouse def. Beast for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Leo Fox.

  2. On October 3rd, 2019, Kareem Sadat announced his official retirement and the titles were declared vacant. Pantera & Lambert def. Ryan the Ripper & Brock Landers and Rick Russo & Revan in a Triple Threat for the titles
  3. The Step Brothas vacated the titles on April 9, 2022 due to Johnson's health issues. Bad & Bourgeois defeated Chosen Influence (Malik Mayfield & Luke Richmond) for the vacant titles.
  4. Bad & Bourgeois vacated the titles when Plonk took time away from wrestling prior to June 24th. The Stage Dive Mafia def. The Wrestlers of Mass Destruction (Leo Fox & Curt Gannon) for the vacant titles

  1. Sadat def. Rick Russo in a Hardcore Street Fight to become inaugural champion. The Independent Hardcore Title was originally announced as being recognized by both BCW and EmpCW. Buster Cherry def. Sadat for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also included Rick Garrett at an EmpCW event in Oklahoma City on December 26, 2015. However, BCW did not recognize the title change so the BCW/EmpCW unification ended.
  2. Brayden was a 12 year old fan sitting ringside for the match of Kareem Sadat defending the title against Dean Lambert and Rick Russo but became part of the match when Sadat began berating him. Lambert and Russo attacked Sadat and allowed Brayden to win the match and the title. BCW then retired the title.
