  2. Bishop def. Se7en for the title in a Caged Ladder Match
  3. Machina def. Magnus for the title in a Three Way Dance that also included Angel Williams. ACW officially moved to Wichita Falls, TX on April 6, 2003.
  4. Machina was stripped of the title on February 1, 2003. Matthews won a Battle Royal for the vacant title.
  5. Scott def. Matthews for the title in an Elimination Royale Match.
  6. Payton Scott was stripped of the title due to injuries. Williams def. John O'Malley for the vacant title.
  7. X-Cal def. O'Malley for the title in an Elimination Royale
  8. X-Cal was stripped of the title on August 1, 2004 due to injuries preventing him from making a title defense. Bishop won a 6-Pack Challenge for the vacant title.
  9. Williams was stripped of the title on August 20, 2005 due to no-showing an event because of a death in his family. Neil won a Battle Royale for the vacant title.
  10. O'Malley def. Neil for the title in a Battle Royale. ACW officially moved to Colorado Springs, CO in May 2007.
  11. O'Malley was stripped of the title September 16, 2007 due to failure to conform to ACW rules of contact and committment. Michaels won a 25 man Battle Royal for the vacant title, last eliminating Michael Barry
  12. Michaels was stripped of the ACW Title for unknown reasons. D'Angelo won an Asylum Rumble match for the vacant title
  13. Williams vacated the title after winning it. Quinn won a Battle Royal to fill the vacant title.
  14. ACW owner Jeremy Quinn III stripped D'Angelo of the title due to an illness suffered by the champion. Dean def. Jesse Williams, Joshua Michael, Brandon Bishop, Mikey Quinn, and Jason Noal in a 6-Shot Ladder Match for the vacant title.
  15. Williams was stripped of the title on July 23, 2010 due to inactivity, injuries, and failure to defend the title.. He was reinstated as champion by ACW management.
  16. Dean def. Williams for the title in a 30-Man Asylum Royale for the title.
  17. Dean def. Von Luhr for the title in a Triple Threat Match that also featured Andrew Titus. .
  18. All ACW Titles were declared vacant on November 8, 2012. Casaus defeated Candy Mann, John O'Malley, Cody Jones, Angel Williams, Jason Noal, and Jay Synn in a Finals Royale Match for the vacant title

  3. The Sharpe Brothers forfeit the titles on May 1, 2003. Payton Scott uses his authourity as ACW commissioner to crown himself & Magnus Tag Team Champions.
  4. Williams & Bishop were stripped of the titles when ACW Commisioner Payton Scott fired Williams. Magnus & Joe def. X-Cal & Dirty Harry Sanchez for the vacant titles.
  5. This was a Handicap Match.
  6. Farat was substituting for Se7en in this match.
  7. John O'Malley gave his half of the tag team titles to Kenny Campbell.

  16. Team Shake It were stripped of the titles on November 20 for failing to appear for a title defence. Terrella & Superstar defeated The D-Stinguished for the vacant titles.
  17. ACW management named Aaron the new tag team champion after Terrella was fired from ACW.
  18. Titus was named as Uncle Mikey's partner when Aaron the Candy Man was injured backstage in October.
  19. Michael Titus gave his half of the championship to Jason Noal. All ACW Titles were declared vacant on November 11, 2012.
  20. ACW management allowed Noal to pick his new partner after Uncle Mikey left ACW.
